Claims (8)

1. Revêtement pour courts de tennis et terrains de sports d'usage équivalent, présentant au moins à sa surface un dépôt de particules distribuées en vrac, comprenant des particules de matière plastique, caractérisé par le fait que le dépôt de particules distribuées en vrac est apporté sur au moins une base essentiellement plane et solide et qu'il est au moins, pour la plus grande part, composé de particules en forme de plaquettes ou de paillettes en matière plastique élastique:
- à base d'un élastomère thermoplastique de polyuréthane et/ou
- à base d'un système du type polyuréthane à un ou deux composants et/ou
- à base d'un cautchouc thermoplastique et/ou
- à base d'une composition de chlorure de po- lyvinyle modifié.
2. Revêtement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les particules en forme de plaquettes ou de paillettes présentent une forme géométrique définie.
3. Revêtement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que les particules en forme de plaquettes ou de paillettes ont une épaisseur d'un maximum de 1,5 mm, en particulier d'un maximum de 1,0 mm, et, perpendiculairement, dans le plan respectif des plaquettes ou des paillettes, des dimensions d'au maximum 5 mm.
4. Revêtement selon une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que, pour la plus grande part des particules de matière plastique du dépôt, leurs dimensions prises perpendiculairement à l'épaisseur maximale sont d'au moins 1,5 fois, et de préférence d'au moins 2 fois, l'épaisseur maximale des particules.
5. Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que la plus grande part des particules du dépôt présente une épaisseur maximale de 0,3 à 1,0 mm.
6. Revêtement selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le dépôt de particules est apporté sous forme d'un finissage sur la base, de préférence en quantité de 0,2 à 0,6 kg/m2.
7. Procédé de fabrication de particules (7) notamment en forme de plaquettes, en particulier en matière plastique présentant une forme géométrique définie, propres à l'utilisation comme dépôts dans les revêtements de terrains de sport d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le matériau pour particules, se présentant sous la forme d'une bande (1 ), avance par son bord avant (2) sur une contre-lame (4), et que les particules (7) sont détachées du bord avant (2) de la bande à l'aide d'un couteau frappeur (5) coopérant avec cette contre-lame (4).
8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé par le fait que le tranchant (3) de la contre-lame (4) fixe est en forme de dents de peigne et coopère avec les tranchants (6), également en forme de dents de peigne, du couteau frappeur (5).
