Claims (8)

1. Procédé pour fabriquer un couvercle de boîte (1) comprenant au moins un trou verseur (2) fermé par une bande de fermeture (4) scellée (dans le présent mémoire, sceller signifiera souder par fusion d'une pellicule de matière plastique ou équivalent), composée en particulier d'une feuille d'aluminium (5), et éventuellement au moins un trou d'entrée d'air, ce procédé consistant à traiter par un primaire d'accrochage la surface intérieure de la bande de fermeture (4) et la région de la surface intérieure de la matière du couvercle qui entoure cette surface intérieure, à déposer une couche de plastisol (10) sur la région de la surface intérieure du couvercle et à gélifier la couche de plastisol (10) par traitement thermique, ce procédé étant caractérisé en ce que le traitement, tant de la surface intérieure de la bande de fermeture (4) que de la région de la surface intérieure de la matière du couvercle qui entoure cette surface, au moyen du primaire d'accrochage se produit conjointement et simultanément avec le scellement de la bande de fermeture (4), la surface de scellement (6) étant composée de polyamide et le primaire d'accrochage d'une solution d'un polyacrylester, et en ce que le primaire d'accrochage est séché avant le dépôt de la couche de plastisol (2).
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'avant le dépôt de la couche de plastisol (2), de préférence avant le traitement préalable par le primaire d'accrochage, la région de la bande de fermeture (4) qui correspond au trou verseur (2) est enfoncée dans ce trou, de telle manière que la surface intérieure de la bande de fermeture (4) soit amenée à peu près dans le plan de la surface intérieure du couvercle.
3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le primaire d'accrochage est constitué par une solution d'un polyméthacrylester, en particulier, d'un polyméthacrylate de méthyle.
4. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les polyesters ou polyméthylesters ou le polyméthacrylate de méthyle sont utilisés sous leur forme époxydée.
5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la solution de primaire d'accrochage est déposée dans une quantité telle que la couche de primaire d'accrochage restante présente une épaisseur de 0,05 à 15 g/m2, de préférence de 0,1 à 2 g/m2.
6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le traitement thermique de la couche de plastisol déposée est exécuté à une température de 130 à 175 °C pendant un temps de 5 s à 15 mn.
7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, lors du scellement de la bande de fermeture, le joint scellé est disposé de manière à s'étendre jusqu'au bord du trou.
8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par une bande de fermeture faite d'une bande d'aluminium mince munie d'une enduction de polyamide scellable à chaud, en particulier, de polyamide-12.
