Claims (12)
- Couvercle de fermeture (2) en tôle métallique destiné à être appliqué sur une ouverture d'un récipient (4), en particulier pour des aliments, dont le contenu doit être maintenu sous vide jusqu'à la première ouverture du couvercle (2), comprenant une partie de fermeture (8) s'étendant par-dessus l'ouverture (34) et réalisant l'étanchéité vis-à-vis d'un bord périphérique (36) de l'ouverture (34), ainsi qu'une partie de bord (10) connectée d'une seule pièce à la partie de fermeture (8), entourant le bord périphérique (36) au niveau de son côté extérieur, la partie de fermeture (8) étant pourvue au centre d'un scellé à bulle façonné (22) et, entre un bord périphérique externe du scellé à bulles (22) et un bord d'étanchéité périphérique (14), d'une ouverture d'aérage (20) fermée par un film de scellement (18), le scellé à bulles (22), lors du retrait du film de scellement (18), se soulevant de l'ouverture d'aérage (20), le film de scellement (18) présentant une partie de scellement (44) autour de l'ouverture d'aérage (20) connectée au couvercle (2) et une languette de préhension (46) connectée d'une seule pièce à la partie de scellement (44) et dépassant d'un côté au-delà de la partie de scellement (44), et la partie de bord (10) étant pourvue d'une moulure (56, 64) périphérique ou interrompue dépassant vers l'intérieur, qui, après l'application du couvercle (2) sur le récipient (4), est pressée depuis l'extérieur contre le bord périphérique (36), caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture d'aérage (20) et le film de scellement (18) sont disposés dans une portion annulaire de la partie de fermeture (8) qui forme la base de rainure (32) d'une rainure annulaire (30) entre le bord extérieur (40) du scellé à bulles (22) et le bord d'étanchéité (14), et en ce que l'axe médian (50) du film de scellement (18) s'étendant à travers la partie de scellement (44) et la languette de préhension (46) est orienté essentiellement perpendiculairement à un rayon du couvercle (R) à travers l'ouverture d'aérage (20).
- Couvercle de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la base de rainure (32), lorsque le scellé à bulles (22) est bombé vers le haut, est essentiellement parallèle à un plan (E) du côté supérieur du bord d'étanchéité rehaussé (14).
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de scellement (18) n'adhère plus au couvercle (2) après son retrait.
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film de scellement étanche aux gaz (18) se compose d'un film d'aluminium ou d'un film composite.
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la languette de préhension (46) et/ou la partie de fermeture (8) du couvercle (2) font saillie localement de telle sorte qu'un bord (54) de la languette de préhension (46) opposé à la partie de scellement (44) soit maintenu à distance du côté supérieur du couvercle (2).
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de fermeture (8) est revêtue sur son côté supérieur au moins en partie d'un vernis plastique, en ce que la partie de scellement (44) du film de scellement (18) est revêtue sur son côté inférieur d'un vernis plastique, et en ce que les deux vernis sont fusionnés l'un à l'autre dans la région de la partie de scellement (44).
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il se compose d'aluminium ou d'un alliage d'aluminium.
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la partie de bord (10) est roulée vers l'intérieur ou vers l'extérieur.
- Couvercle de fermeture selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de la partie de bord (10) est rabattue vers l'intérieur et en ce que la moulure interrompue (64) dépasse vers l'intérieur au-delà de l'extrémité libre rabattue.
- Récipient, en particulier contenant un aliment, comprenant une ouverture limitée par un bord périphérique circonférentiel, caractérisé par un couvercle de fermeture (2) monté sur le bord périphérique (36) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dont le scellé à bulles (22) est maintenu dans une position rentrée par une dépression à l'intérieur du récipient (4) et se bombe vers le haut lors du retrait du film de scellement (18) de l'ouverture d'aérage (20).
- Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de fermeture (2) est réalisé sous forme de couvercle encliquetable, dans lequel la moulure (56) est pressée depuis l'extérieur contre le côté inférieur d'un bord périphérique (36) épaissi en forme de bourrelet de l'ouverture du récipient (2).
- Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle de fermeture (2) est réalisé sous forme de couvercle vissable, dans lequel la moulure (64) est pressée depuis l'extérieur contre le côté inférieur d'une nervure filetée (60) sur le côté extérieur du bord périphérique (36) de l'ouverture du récipient (2).
