Claims (14)
- Elément (1) découpé en forme de couvercle pour fermer des conteneurs (19), consistant en deux couches (2, 3) avec au moins une aide à l'ouverture (20) intégrée entre ces deux couches, les couches (2, 3) étant collées ensemble au moyen d'une couche d'adhésif pelable, l'aide à l'ouverture (20) étant toutefois exempte d'adhésif et la couche (3) disposée en direction du conteneur (19) comportant une couche de matière plastique (5) munie de perforations ou de points de rupture (6), caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique (5) est exempte d'adhésif dans la zone de ses perforations ou points de rupture (6) et en ce qu'elle est munie sur sa face dirigée vers le bord du conteneur d'une couche thermoscellable (9) dont la résistance du joint scellé est supérieure à la résistance du joint scellé créé entre les couches (2) et (3).
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche d'adhésif (4) consiste dans un adhésif polyuréthanique.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les couches (2, 3) de l'élément sont en monomatières ou en matières composites.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) opposée au conteneur consiste dans un film métallique, de préférence dans un film en aluminium.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique (5) munie de perforations ou de points de rupture (6) consiste dans des matières plastiques choisies dans le groupe polypropylène, polyéthylène, polyester, polyacrylate, polyamide, polystyrène, ainsi que dans des copolymères créés à partir de ces dernières.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) opposée au conteneur est munie sur sa face superficielle dirigée vers la couche d'adhésif pelable d'une couche thermoscellable (8).
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la couche (2) opposée au conteneur comporte sur sa face superficielle opposée à la couche d'adhésif pelable une image imprimée, le cas échéant avec une surface rugueuse.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche thermoscellable (9) présente une surface rugueuse.
- Elément de fermeture selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la couche thermoscellable (9) se présente sous la forme d'écarteurs (11) à disposition géométrique.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'aide à l'ouverture (20) présente la forme d'une patte de préhension.
- Elément découpé en forme de couvercle selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la patte de préhension (20, 20') est présente dans les deux couches de l'élément.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de fermeture (1) en deux couches, découpé en forme de couvercle selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les couches (2, 3) de l'élément de fermeture sont fabriqués sous la forme de prélaminés, pour la création de la couche (3), la couche thermoscellable (9) étant laminée sur la couche de matière plastique (5), en ce que sur la couche de matière plastique (5) sont prévu(e)s des perforations ou des points de rupture (6) et en ce qu'ensuite les couches (2, 3) sont collées l'une sur l'autre dans un processus de laminage à froid, les zones des perforations ou des points de rupture (6) sur la couche de matière plastique (5) ainsi que la zone de l'aide à l'ouverture (20, 20') restant exemptes d'adhésif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que le processus de laminage à froid est commandé par des éléments de réglage, de sorte que les perforations ou les points de rupture (6) sur la couche (3) présentant la couche de matière plastique (5) ainsi que la zone de l'aide à l'ouverture (20, 20') restent exemptes d'adhésif.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que lors du laminage à froid, l'adhésif (4) est appliqué sous la forme d'un motif strié et en ce que par cette application sous forme striée, les perforations ou points de rupture (6) sur les couches (3) comportant la couche de matière plastique (5) restent exemptes d'adhésif.
