Claims (8)

1. Dispositif de fusion et d'application pour colle à fusion, notamment pour machines à plaquer les chants au défilé pour pièces à travailler continues, caractérisé par
a) une chambre de fusion (4), à l'extrémité - faisant face au dispositif d'application (2) - de laquelle est disposée une paroi de fusion (5) chauffable, dotée d'orifices de sortie,
b) un piston d'alimentation (6) mobile logé dans la chambre de fusion (4) et pouvant être commandé par la pièce à travailler, et
c) un orifice d'alimentation (12) donnant accès à la chambre de fusion (4), orifice dans lequel débouche un réservoir d'approvisionnement (17) destiné à la colle à fusion ferme (18) et qui peut être fermé par une barre d'enclenchement, caractérisé par le fait que, pour le déplacement de la barre d'enclenchement (13), pouvant être actionnée indépendamment du piston d'alimentation (6), un organe de déplacement mécanique (14) est prévu, et qu'un premier fin de course (9), pouvant être actionné par le piston d'alimentation (6), commande le mouvement d'ouverture et qu'un élément de temporisation relié à celui-ci commande le mouvement de fermeture de la barre d'enclenchement (13).
2. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le piston d'alimentation (6) peut admettre une pression de service accrue pour l'application de la colle à fusion et une pression de repos réduite en cas de non-actionnement du dispositif d'application (2).
3. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que la barre d'enclenchement (13) présente une arête de couteau (15) à son extrémité faisant face à l'orifice d'alimentation (12).
4. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après la revendication 3, caractérisé par le fait que, sur la paroi (11) opposée à l'arête de couteau (15) de la barre d'enclenchement (13), une arête de couteau (16) est également disposée.
5. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le réservoir d'approvisionnement (17) est relié à la chambre de fusion (4) tout en étant amovible.
6. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que, à l'extrémité du réservoir d'approvisionnement (17) située du côté ouverture, une barre d'enclenchement (27) reliée à celui-ci est prévue.
7. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé par le fait que, pour la sûreté du réservoir d'approvisionnement (17) est prévu un verrou (19') qui opère conjointement avec un discontacteur (25) de telle manière que, en position de déverrouillage du verrou (19'), l'organe de déplacement (14) ne peut être actionné.
8. Dispositif de fusion et d'application d'après l'une des revendications 2 à 7, caractérisé par le fait qu'un relais temporisé relié au premier fin de course (9) est prévu, grâce auquel, en cas de défaut de granulés de colle à fusion (18) dans la chambre de fusion (4), un organe de blocage, connu en soi, peut, du côté entrée de la machine à plaquer les chants au défilé, être mis en position de blocage de telle manière qu'aucune pièce à travailler ne puisse plus être introduite.
