Claims (3)

1. Emballage en forme de sachet tubulaire (1 ) fait d'une pellicule obtenue à plat en matière plastique ou en matière analogue soudable et/ou collable comportant un joint longitudinal (2) formant le tube dans une des deux parois opposées du sachet, un espace de remplissage (6) délimité, à sa partie inférieure, et, après remplissage, à sa partie supérieure, chaque fois par un joint soudé transversal (4,7) et une zone marginale supérieure (8) dépourvue de matière de remplissage qui est délimitée, à sa partie inférieure, par le joint de tête (7) de l'espace de remplissage (6) et, à sa partie supérieure, par un joint soudé transversal supérieur (9) de fermeture de l'emballage (1 ) et qui présente une ouverture formant poignée (11) s'étendant à travers les parois du sachet opposées l'une à l'autre et formée par estampage ou incision dans le plan longitudinal médian de l'emballage (1 ), cette ouverture étant pourvue d'une bande de renforcement (12) en pellicule de matière plastique ou de matière analogue soudable et/ou collable qui entoure son contour et qui présente, pour sa part, une ouverture formant poignée (11 ) de même contour, la bande de renforcement (12) ayant une longueur qui est égale à celle de l'emballage (1 ) et étant incorporée par soudage à la fois dans le joint de fermeture supérieur (9) de l'emballage (1), dans le joint de tête (7) et dans le joint de fond (4) de l'espace de remplissage, caractérisé en ce que la paroi (3) du sachet exempte de joint longitudinal est pourvue de la bande de renforcement (12) et la bande de renforcement (12) est formée par un ruban de renforcement séparé qui, dans la zone comprise entre le joint de fermeture supérieur (9) de l'emballage (1 ) et le joint de tête (7) ainsi que le joint de fond (4) de l'espace de remplissage (6), s'étend sans être relié à la paroi (3) du sachet exempte de joint longitudinal.

3. Emballage en forme de sachet tubulaire suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la bande de renforcement (12) mesurée dans le sens transversal de l'emballage (1 ) est à peu près égale à la moitié de la largeur de l'emballage.
