Claims (15)

1. Dispositif pour l'insertion de paquets de pièces de tuyaux dans un magasin d'empilage d'un margeur rotatif équipé de cylindres aspirants avec un bras (20) logé de manière pivotante entre le dispositif de transport (2, 4 ou 3) acheminant les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1) et le magasin d'empilage, bras sur lequel un cadre porteur (13, 14) est guidé en sens longitudinal et qui peut être pivoté par un entraînement pivotant (22) entre sa position supérieure pour recevoir les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1) et sa position inférieure de déposition des paquets caractérisé par le fait que le cadre porteur (13, 14) porte à une extrémité des rouleaux de renvoi (11, 12) sur lesquels passent des bandes sans fin (10) et que le bras (20) orienté de manière oblique lorsqu'il est dans sa position supérieure est équipé d'un butée (23) tenant en position les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1) sur le cadre porteur (13, 14) et d'un dispositif de freinage (24, 25) agissarit sur le bout supérieur des bandes (10) entre la butée (23) et la poulie de renvoi arrière, (12) qui est pourvu d'un dispositif (27, 29) pour dégager les bandes afin qu'elles puissent prendre en charge les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1 ).
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de freinage est constitué par une plaque (24) disposée sous le bout supérieur des bandes (10), sur laquelle des leviers de frein (27) à ressort sont disposés sur les joues (25) dépassant les bandes et pressent les bandes (10) contre la plaque (24).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les leviers de frein (27) sont formés à double bras et agissent ensemble avec une butée (29) fixée sur le support pour libérer les bandes (10) lorsque le cadre porteur (13, 14) est dans sa position élevée.
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le bras (20) est équipé d'une unité piston/cylindre (30) pour déplacer le cadre porteur (13, 14).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre porteur (13, 14) est fixé à un charriot (15) qui se déplace sur le bras (20) sur des rouleaux (16.-19).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que pour remettre les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1) d'un dispositif de transport (2) d'alimentation aux bandes (10) un transporteur à galets pivotant et pouvant être déplacé dans le sens de son axe pivotant (5) est prévu.
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre pivotant (13, 14) avec les bandes (10) touche, dans sa position élevée, latéralement un dispositif de transport (3) qui est pourvu d'un poussoir (7) pour pousser les paquets de pièces de tuyaux (1) sur les bandes (10).
8. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de freinage se compose d'un dispositif d'embrayage (40) reliant la poulie de renvoi arrière (12.1) avec une roue dentée (41) et que la roue dentée (41) s'imbrique dans une crémaillère (42) liée au bras (20).
9. Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé par le fait que la crémaillère (42) est reliée par une articulation au bras (20).

Dispositif selon l'une des revendication 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que le bras (20) est relié par une articulation à un levier pivotant (45) qui a son tour est relié par une articulation au bâti de machine et qu'un engrenage est prévu se composant de barres (46, 48) et de leviers (47) qui fait pivoter le bras (20) vers le bas par rapport au levier pivotant (45) lorsque celui-ci est dans sa position relevée et lorsqu'il est dans sa position abaissée adapte le bras à la position de la pile se trouvant dans le magasin.
11. Dispositif surtout selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que pour la remise des piles (1) du dispositif de transport (2) au cadre porteur (13,14) pourvu de bandes (10) un dispositif de transport (4, 5) monté de manière pivotante est prévu.
12. Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transport est pourvu au niveau de l'axe de pivotement (5) d'une butée (4.2) posée de manière transversale par rapport à l'axe et à angle droit sur celui-ci.
13. Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait que la butée consiste en un poussoir actionné par une unité piston/cylindre pouvantfonctionner au fluide.
14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transport consiste en un transporteur à galets (5).
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 11 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de transport consiste en une bande transporteuse pourvue d'un entraînement.
