Definitions

  • the invention relates to a hoist for transporting containers provided with trunnions in a vertical position, in particular transport containers with radioactive substances in nuclear facilities, consisting of a hook receiving crossbeam with four extension straps. and two stop straps for the container support spigot, the connection between the hook receiving crossmember and the extension straps being made via insertable bolts, as is known to the applicant from the prior art.
  • hoists are used to dispose of nuclear plants of nuclear fuels in order to handle containers, in particular fuel element transport containers, in a vertical position.
  • hoists are used here, which essentially consist of a hook-receiving traverse and stop plates. Redundancy is usually sought.
  • DE-OS 25 28 532 describes a device for securing loads on crane systems with a redundantly arranged cable suspension, which, however, no longer corresponds to the current status of the safety requirements. Furthermore, hoists are known (DE-OS 2637843), which, with the help of additional on-site measures, have a safety device against falling containers.
  • DE-OS 2902087 describes how a lifting device for transporting fuel transport containers can be provided with redundant load-bearing devices by means of a flange bearing, but this embodiment has decisive disadvantages.
  • not all transport containers can be provided with a container flange collar without impairing the handling of the containers, on the other hand, the container is caught on the cover flange in the event of the failure of a stop member. which, however, may be overstressed.
  • Another known redundant hoist for the vertical transport of fuel transport containers generally requires four stop pins on the container head areas.
  • only a part of the fuel assembly transport containers has four stop pins in the region of the container head, and this also causes parking of the crossbar with the extension tabs during the loading process of the container, a very complicated and lengthy process during which the loading personnel are exposed to the radiation exposure.
  • this hoist only allows the handling of a certain type of fuel transport container.
  • a hoist for transporting containers provided with trunnions in a vertical position in particular of transport containers with radioactive substances in nuclear facilities, consisting of a hook receiving crossbeam with four extension and two stop tabs for the container spigots, whereby the connection between the hook support crossbeam and the extension brackets is via insertable bolts, which has a further, redundantly arranged load suspension device, which on the one hand allows the handling of containers of different sizes and diameters, can be used in nuclear facilities without having to convert the control area areas, in no way the Handling procedure of the fuel assembly transport container is negatively affected and the presence of the handling personnel is restricted to an absolutely necessary minimum of time.
  • This object is achieved in that two extension tabs are attached to a container cage via connecting parts and the stop tabs on the container and two extension tabs via connecting parts.
  • This container cage prevents a fall if the trunnion on the container fails.
  • the container cage absorbs the container load above the container base, which lies flat on the cage bottom.
  • the lengths of the extension and stop tabs are chosen so that the load of the container is carried over the stop pin of the container. Equally, however, the design can be chosen so that the pins are usually relieved and the load of the container is absorbed via the container cage.
  • the container cage collar By loosening the bolts, the container cage collar can be lifted off and the transport container can thus be lifted laterally into the cage floor through the vertically positioned connecting lugs. This procedure allows the use of this redundant suspension system even in nuclear plants with low crane lifting heights.
  • FIGS 1 to 4 show schematically an exemplary embodiment of the hoist according to the invention, wherein the figures 3 and 4 represent structural details.
  • the lifting device essentially consists of a hook receiving crossmember (1) with the four extension straps (2, 8, 14, 15) attached to it on sliding bolts (9), a container cage (27) being attached to two extension straps (2 and 15).
  • the stop tabs (13, 18) of the container (20) and the extension tabs (2, 15) to the container cage (27) advantageously have elongated holes in the area of the connecting parts (6, 7, 16, 17), preferably the extension tabs (2, 15 ) have greater play in the elongated hole area of the associated connecting parts (6, 7, 16, 17) compared to the stop plates (13, 18).
  • a load distribution is achieved, preferably to the inner extension straps (8, 14).
  • the outer extension tabs (2, 15) thus form the redundancy.
  • the container cage (27) consists of a collar (3) stiffened, for example, as a box ring profile, on the upper edge of which connecting parts (6, 16) are attached.
  • connecting parts (6, 16) are attached.
  • four eye plates are welded to its underside, which serve to receive connecting straps (4), which in turn are connected to the cage bottom (5) by means of double bolts (10), each bore in the cage bottom part being designed as an elongated hole.
  • the connecting parts (6, 7, 16, 17) are preferably welded-on compact units, the sliding bolts (21) of which are preferably operated remotely via self-locking bevel gear transmissions (24) by means of a hexagon key (12), the OPEN-CLOSED positions being signaled by flags (22) will.
  • the self-locking is automatically established, for example, by means of a spring (25) or a similar clamping device after removal of the hexagon key (12) and released again by the tool pressure when the key (12) is inserted.
  • guide funnels (23) are advantageously attached to the connecting parts (6, 7, 16 and 17).
  • the hook support crossmember (1) has insertable bolts (19) which are secured by carabiners to hold the crane hooks (11).
  • extension brackets (2, 8) To attach the extension brackets (2, 8) to the crossbar plates, sliding bolts (9) are installed, which are also guided and held by means of a carabiner lock (26).
  • the hook receiving cross member body itself is preferably designed as a box construction stiffened with web plates.
  • the stop tabs (13, 18) in the container cage collar (3) such that they are perpendicular to the top. This positioning enables the connecting parts (7, 17) to be easily struck again after a container has been loaded. It is also favorable to design the container cage bottom (5) as a shock absorber.
