Definitions
- the invention relates to a hanger for a support rail provided with a perforated longitudinal web, of cross-section T-shaped, of a suspended ceiling, with a vertical hanging rod which is angled at its lower end to a hook leg which can be hung into a hole in the longitudinal rail web.
- T-shaped support rails for receiving inserted ceiling panels to form a suspended ceiling are known in numerous embodiments (DE-GM 19 14 290).
- a simple type of fastening for these suspended ceilings is to fasten the mounting rails to the structural ceiling using wires, the lower ends of which are inserted through the holes in the mounting rails and twisted together to form an eyelet (US Pat. No. 3,369,332). Because the mounting rails of a suspended ceiling have to be aligned in height after the first, preliminary assembly, this type of suspension creates difficulties, because subsequent height adjustment after the formation of the eyelets at the wire ends is hardly possible or only with a relatively large amount of work (US-PS 2 915 275).
- hangers for suspended ceilings which allow simple and convenient length adjustment of the hanger even after the preliminary assembly.
- a vertical hanger rod forming the lower hanger part is hook-shaped at its lower end, so that it can be hung in a hole in the mounting rail longitudinal web in a simple and convenient manner.
- Such hangers have been used in large numbers for a long time because of the simple attachment possibility of the mounting rail.
- the suspended false ceiling exerts a tensile load on the hangers that carry it.
- the mounting rail is lifted, for example if a partition is placed under the mounting rail, or if the ceiling is to be raised to align the entire ceiling with the installation of the suspended ceiling, there is a risk in known hangers that the hook will come out of the mounting rail. Longitudinal web detaches. This danger does not exist with the wire eyelet assembly described, which, however, is considered disadvantageous because of the cumbersome assembly and the practically lacking adjustment facility.
- the object of the invention is therefore to design a trailer of the type mentioned in such a way that on the one hand a simple one Installation by hanging in a hole of the mounting rail longitudinal web is possible without the need for subsequent deformation of the hanging bar, but on the other hand, in the assembled state, hanging of the hanging bar is positively prevented.
- the hook leg is followed by an angled rod section angled from the hook plane, which merges into a support section spanning the longitudinal rail web. Since the lower end of the hanging bar is still designed as an open, but spatially curved hook, it can be attached to the longitudinal web of the mounting rail by simply hanging it in, the hanging bar being held at an oblique angle to the longitudinal direction of the mounting rail. When the hanging bar extends vertically upwards from the mounting rail, the support section engages over the mounting rail longitudinal web. If the mounting rail is now raised, the longitudinal web abuts against the support section from below, so that unhooking is prevented.
- the clear distance between the support section and the longitudinal rail web is smaller than the difference between the hole diameter in the longitudinal rail web and the diameter of the hanging bar.
- the support section overlapping the mounting rail longitudinal web ends in an end section that is angled or bent obliquely downwards. It is thereby achieved that the support section hangs onto the upper edge of the longitudinal web when the support rail is raised and in this position cannot be moved from its position overlapping the longitudinal web even by a possible transverse force.
- the two-part hanger shown in FIG. 1 has an upper hanger rod 1, which is fastened to a structural ceiling 2.
- a lower hanger bar 3 is fastened to a double-angled leaf spring 4 by the multi-bent upper end of the hanger bar 3 being inserted through two holes in the leaf spring 4.
- the two ends of the leaf spring 4 form oblique canting springs 4a and 4b in the opposite direction, each of which receives the upper hanger bar 1 "in a bore. If the two canting springs 4a and 4b are pressed against one another, the leaf spring 4 can be displaced on the hanger bar 1 the canting springs 4a and 4b released, the two hanger rods 1 and 3 are connected to each other in the desired height or length setting.
- a cross section T-shaped support rail 5 of a false ceiling has horizontal support flanges 6 and an upwardly projecting longitudinal web 7, which in the exemplary embodiment shown has two longitudinal beads 8, 9.
- the hanging rod 3 is angled at its lower end to form a hook leg 11.
- This hook leg 11 which projects obliquely upwards, closes from the hook plane, i.e. of the plane containing the hanger bar 3 and the hook leg 11 angled, also rising bar section 12, which merges into a curved support section 13 in the exemplary embodiment shown, which extends over the longitudinal rail web 7.
- the support section 13 has an end section 14 which is angled or bent obliquely downwards. 1 and 3 it is indicated with a broken line that this end section 14 can also be omitted.
- the clear distance a is smaller than the distance b between the lower apex of the hanging bar 3 and the lower edge of the hole 10.
- This dimension b is also the difference between the diameter of the hole 10 and the diameter of the hanging rod 3.
- the support section 13 first contacts the upper edge of the longitudinal web 7 before the lower vertex of the hanging bar 3 touches the lower part of the wall of the hole 10.
- the hanger rod 3 is suspended in the hole 10 in a position which is inclined to the vertical and is brought into the vertical position shown in the figures.
- This hooking is possible because the distance between the support section 13 and the vertical part of the hanger bar 3 is larger at every point than the part of the longitudinal web 7 above the hole 10, i. H. the spatially curved hook at the lower end of the hanger bar 3 is sufficiently open to enable hanging.
- Unhooking is also only possible in an inclined position of the hanger rod 3, which the hanger rod can no longer assume after connection to the upper hanger rod 1 or to the structural ceiling 2 in the assembled state, so that unintentional unhooking is excluded.

Abstract
Description
