Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Ponton- Kupplung der im Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung.
  • Eine derartige Ponton-Kupplung ist aus der DE-B-2 528 961 bekannt. Gegenstand dieses Patentes ist die Anordnung von sogenannten Knaggen an der Bordwand, welche als Anschlag für den Stopper dienen. Nachteilig an dieser Lösung ist, daß die Knaggen an der senkrechten Bordwand vorgesehen sind. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, daß es durch diese Anordnung zur Deformierung der Bordwand gekommen ist, das hat zur Folge, daß sich der Kupplungsträger nicht mehr aus der Führung herausziehen läßt. Eine Verformung der Bordwand kann nur durch aufwendige Aussteifungsmaßnahmen, die zu einer erheblichen Verteuerung führen, behoben werden.
  • Der Erfindung liegt daher die Aufgabe zugrunde, die aufgezeigten Mängel zu beheben und eine Ponton-Kupplung zu schaffen, die die Verbindung von mehreren vorzugsweise drei nebeneinanderliegenden Pontons gestattet, und hierbei die Pontons in ihrer Gesamtheit als einziges Fahrzeug auch bei ungleichmäßiger Belastung reagieren läßt, wobei eine Verformung der Bordwände ausgeschlossen wird.
  • Die Aufgabe wird gemäß der Erfindung dadurch gelöst, daß als obere Begrenzung für den Stopper eine in die Deckplatte eingelassene über die Bordwand vorstehende Platte vorgesehen ist.
  • Eine vorteilhafte weitere Ausbildung der Erfindung besteht darin, daß in das Ponton-Bodenblech eine der Anschlagplatte gegenüberliegende - aber geschlossene - Anschlagplatte für den Kupplungsträger eingesetzt ist.
  • Ferner ist es vorteilhaft, in der oberen Anschlagplatte Permanentmagneten oder Elektromagneten vorzusehen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nun anhand eines in der Zeichnung dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels näher erläutert.
  • Die Figur zeigt eine perspektivische Ansicht des oberen Bereiches einer Ponton-Kupplung, bei der die Kante zwischen Deckoberseite und nahezu senkrechter Bordwand durch eine gestrichelte Linie (11) dargestellt ist. In der Deckoberseite ist die Anschlagplatte (1) versenkt befestigt, damit keine unnötigen Vorsprünge an Deck die Ladefläche einengen. Die Anschlagplatte ragt über die Seitenkante so weit heraus, daß der Stopper (2) eine ausreichend große Anlagefläche hat, um ein Herausrutschen des Kupplungsträgers (8) zu verhindern. Der in der Anschlagplatte (1) vorgesehene Ausschnitt ist so dimensioniert, daß ein leichtes auch bei leichtem Seegang unbehindertes Herausziehen bzw. Einführen des Kupplungsträgers (8) ermöglicht wird.
  • An der Bodenseite des Pontons gegenüber der oberen Anschlagplatte (1) ist eine geschlossene, d. h. ohne Ausschnitt versehene Anschlagplatte vorgesehen. Auf dieser Platte ruht im Normalbetrieb der Kupplungsträger (8). Es wurde darauf verzichtet, die untere Seite ebenfalls in der Figur darzustellen.
  • Um ein leichteres Montieren des Stoppers zu ermöglichen und bei der Demontage zu verhindern, daß der Stopper versehentlich seitlich wegrutscht und ins Wasser fällt, ist die obere Anschlagplatte mit Permanentmagneten oder Elektromagneten ausgerüstet, welche in ihrer Anzugskraft so bemessen sind, daß ein selbsttätiges Herausfallen verhindert, eine bewußte Demontage oder Montage jedoch nicht behindert wird.

Claims (3)

1. Pontonkupplung zum Verbinden von mehreren Einzelpontons mit an den Pontonseitenwänden angeordneten, senkrechten Führungen für profilartige mit an ihren Enden mit Anschlägen versehenen Kupplungsträgern (8), die im gekuppelten Zustand zwischen oberen und unteren an der Ponton-Seitenwand angeordneten Anschlägen gehalten werden, wobei oben in gleicher Höhe Anschlagsflächen beidseitig der durch die Führungen bestimmten Einführungsbahn angeordnet sind und nach der Einführung des Kupplungsträgers die Lücke zwischen den oberen Anschlagsflächen durch einen Stopper (2) geschlossen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die oberen Anschlagsflächen durch über die Bordwand vorstehende Seitenteile einer in die Decksplatte eingelassenen Anschlagsplatte (1) gebildet werden.
2. Ponton-Kupplung zum Verbinden von mehreren Einzel-Pontons nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in das Ponton-Bodenblech eine der Anschlagplatte (1) gegenüberliegende - aber geschlossene - Anschlagplatte für den Kupplungsträger (8) eingesetzt ist.
3. Ponton-Kupplung zum Verbinden von mehreren Einzel-Pontons nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der oberen Anschlagplatte (1) Permanentmagneten oder Elektromagneten vorgesehen sind.
