Claims (7)

1. Encrier (1) pour presses offset ou typographiques, muni d'un dispositif doseur d'encre (6) qui est constitué par un grand nombre de moyens doseurs (7) étroitement juxtaposés, de la largeur d'une zone et réglables sur des largeurs de fente d'encrage différentes par zones, qui présentent des régions d'appui (17) qui sont appliquées constamment, directement ou indirectement, contre le cylindre d'encrier, sous une pression élastique, caractérisé en ce que, entre les régions d'appui (17), sont prévues des ouvertures d'écoulement (16, 44) qui présentent une section d'écoulement toujours identique ou approximativement identique, même dans le cas de positions différentes des différents moyens doseurs (7), en ce que, en aval des régions d'appui (17) considéré dans le sens de la rotation du cylindre d'encrier (4), sont disposés des éléments doseurs (19, 30, 7) munis de bords râcleurs (20), qui forment la région de dosage proprement dite, dont la région de dosage s'étend sur la totalité de la largeur de la zone et qui sont disposés en aval des régions d'appui (17) à une distance telle qui, là, l'encre puisse s'étaler axialement et se répartir uniformément sur toute la largeur de la zone.
2. Encrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens doseurs (7) sont cylindriques et peuvent être tournés dans la direction circonférentielle, présentent une ou plusieurs région(s) d'appui (17) qui est ou sont appliquée(s) contre le cylindre (4) de l'encrier avec interposition d'une feuille (8) en ce qu'il est prévu, à côté des régions d'appui (17) ou entre ces régions d'appui, considéré dans la direction longitudinale des moyens de dosage (7), des rainures d'écoulement (16) sous la forme de méplats ou d'évidements tournés, et en ce qu'il est prévu des lames doseuses (19), montées sur les moyens doseurs (7), décalées par rapport aux régions d'appui (17) dans la direction circonférentielle, qui font saillie au-delà de la circonférence des moyens doseurs (7), au moins jusqu'au plan des surfaces d'appui (17) et qui s'étendent chacune sur toute la largeur du moyen doseur (7) qui lui est associé.
3. Encrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens doseurs (7) sont réalisés sous la forme d'une pièce plate et sont disposés mobiles en translation tangentiellement au cylindre (4) de l'encrier; en ce que les moyens doseurs (7) présentent des régions d'appui (17) en forme de nervures, qui s'étendent dans la direction de la translation, entre lesquelles sont prévues des rainures d'écoulement (16) et qui s'appuient contre le cylindre (4) de l'encrier avec interposition d'une feuille (8), et en ce qu'à l'extrémité avant de chaque pièce plate est fixée, en tant qu'élément doseur, une lame doseuse (19) possédant la largeur d'une zone et dont le bord râcleur (20) fait légèrement saillie audelà des régions d'appui (17).
4. Encrier selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens doseurs (7) sont réalisés en plusieurs pièces et sont constamment appliqués, directement ou indirectement, contre le cylindre (4) de l'encrier, sous une pression élastique, l'élément doseur (30) étant un cylindre coaxial au cylindre (4) de l'encrier qui s'étend sur toute la largeur de la zone et présentant un profil circonférentiel s'étendant excentriquement sur une certaine région de la circonférence, et qui est tourillonné au bond avant des moyens doseurs, considéré dans le sens de la rotation du cylindre de l'encrier de façon qu' on puisse le faire tourner.
5. Encrier selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que dans l'encrier (1 ) et sur toute la largeur du cylindre (4) de l'encrier sont disposées dey barrettes de pression (5) sous forme d'éléments doseurs, de la largeur d'une zone, étroitement juxtaposées et en ce que, dans les barrettes de pression (5) sont prévues entre les régions d'appui (17), des rainures d'écoulement (16) qui s'étendent dans la direction de la rotation du cylindre (4) de l'encrier.
6. Encrier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les éléments doseurs (7) sont constitués par des râcles mobiles en translation, de la largeur d'une zone qui peuvent se déplacer en translation tangentiellement au cylindre (4) de l'encrier et présentent un bord râcleur (20) dans leur région avant, caractérisé en ce que sur chaque élément doseur (7) sont prévus un ou plusieurs bras d'appui (41) sur lesquels sont montés rotatifs des galets d'appui (42) qui forment les régions d'appui, qui sont placés en amont du bord râcleur (20) et par l'intermédiaire desquels les éléments doseurs (7) prennent appui sur le cylindre (4) de l'encrier.
7. Encrier selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments doseurs (7) prennent appui directement sur le cylindre (4) de l'encrier par l'intermédiaire des bras d'appui (41) et avec interposition d'une feuille (8).
