Description

Zigarren- oder Ziqarettenschachtel
Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Zigarren- oder Zigarettenschachtel gemäss dem Patentanspruch. Durch eine solche Ausbildung wird offensichtlich erreicht, dass eine der Schachtel zu entnehmende Zigarre oder Zigarette bei ihrem auf dem angehobenen Federbügel-Querteil aufliegenden Ende leicht gefasst und entnommen werden kann.
Die Erfindung wird nun anhand der Zeichnung beispielsweise erläutert. Es zeigen: Fig. 1 eine perspektivische Ansicht der geschlossenen Schachtel und
Fig. 2 eine perspektivische Ansicht der geöffneten Schachtel.
Die dargestellte Zigarren- oder Zigarettenschachtel weist einen z.B. aus Edelholz bestehenden, länglichen Körper 1 auf, der nebeneinander gelegene Längsausnehmungen 2 zur Aufnahme je einer Zigarre oder Zigarette hat. Sie weist ferner einen am Körper 1 in dessen Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Schiebedeckel 3 auf, der z.B. aus farbig eloxiertem Aluminiumblech bestehen kann. Ferner ist ein Hebebügel 4 aus Federdraht vorgesehen, welcher Hebebügel abgebogene Enden 4a hat, die in in einem Endbereich des Körpers bei dessen Längsseiten vorgesehenen Löchern eingesteckt sind, und einen Querteil 4b hat, der bei ganz aufgeschobenem Schiebedeckel entlang des Bodens einer im anderen Endbereich des Körpers verlaufenden Quernut 5 verläuft, die mindestens um Federdrahtdicke tiefer ist, als die Langsausnehmungen 2, wobei aber die Schenkel 4c des Hebebügels 4 in ihrem ungespannten Zustand, also bei bis zu den Löchern zurückgeschobenem Schiebedeckel 3, von ihren vorgenannten weg nach oben so geneigt verlaufen, dass dann der Querteil 4b über der Oberseite des Körpers gelegen ist. Bei aufgeschobenem Deckel 3 finden die durch ihn herabgedrückten Schenkel 4c in passenden Nuten 6 des Körpers 1 Platz.
Mit 7 ist eine Vertiefung im Körper 1 bezeichnet, die zur Aufnahme eines nicht gezeigten Zigarrenschneiders dient.

Claims

PATENTANSPRUCH
Zigarren- oder Zigarettenschachtel, gekennzeichnet durch einen länglichen Körper (1), der nebeneinander gelegene Langsausnehmungen (2) zur Aufnahme je einer Zigarre bzw. Zigarette hat, und durch einen am Körper in dessen Längsrichtung verschiebbaren Schiebedeckel (3), ferner gekennzeichnet durch einen Hebebügel (4) aus Federdraht, welcher Hebebügel abgebogene Enden (4a) hat, die in einem Endbereich des Körpers bei dessen Längsseiten vorgesehenen Löchern eingesteckt sind, und einen Querteil (4b) hat, der bei ganz aufgeschobenem Schiebedeckel entlang des Bodens einer im anderen. Endbereich des Körpers verlaufenden Quernut (5) verläuft, die mindestens um Federdrahtdicke tiefer ist, als die Langsausnehmungen, wobei aber die Schenkel (4c) des Hebebügels in ihrem ungespanntεn Zustand, also bei bis zu den Löchern zurückgeschobenem Schiebedeckel, von ihren vorgenannten Enden weg nach oben so geneigt verlaufen, dass dann der Querteil über der Oberseite des Körpers gelegen ist.
