- the rotatingly driven roller brushes throw away the dirt removed from the blinds tangentially together with the cleaning agent, so that they have to be encased as best as possible and provided with a suction device in order to contaminate the workplace.
- This necessary cover prevents insertion
- the cleaning body between the blinds makes it difficult to clean them at those points where the individual blind elements are held together by vertical connecting cords, while the ends of the blinds, for example in the presence of masonry, are difficult to grasp for cleaning.
- the required connection to a suction unit Direction means an additional impairment in handling for a handheld device.
- cylindrical cleaning brushes arranged together cannot be inserted into the curved and thin blind element without risk of damaging the blinds.
- the object of the invention is to eliminate the disadvantages of the previously known device and to design a cleaning device of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that blinds can be cleaned without hindrance and damage and the entire length of which is ensured. Another purpose of the same is to simplify the drive.
- the cleaning bodies are connected to a drive system by means of which a vibrating or oscillating cleaning movement can be transmitted to the blind element (s) to be cleaned, vibrating or oscillating cleaning movement can be transmitted.
- This drive also advantageously allows the cleaning bodies to be formed into a flat cross-sectional shape, i.e. with a low overall height, which also with various materials suitable for cleaning, such as Foams, felt, plastic fabrics, skins, brushes, etc. can be provided.
- the drive system is driven electromagnetically.
- the drive system is driven by an electric motor.
- the vibrating or swinging movement of the cleaning bodies per can be directed in any direction to the surface of the blind elements, although the movement of the two must not necessarily be the same.
- a simplification of the drive system compared to the previously known embodiment is given according to a further embodiment of the invention if it is designed such that only one drive part is provided for the transmission of the cleaning movement for both cleaning bodies.
- the drive system is formed from a lever-shaped drive part rotatably mounted on the housing, with the armature of the electromagnet and opposite with the cleaning body, provided with the armature of the electromagnet.

Abstract
