Claims (4)

1-Elément profilé isolant thermique, destiné notamment à être utilisé dans des chassis de porte ou de fenêtre ou similaire, oomprenant deux barres profilées (1, 2) en métal, de préférence en aluminium, qui sont assemblées entre elles par deux bandes d'assemblage (6, 7) profilées, réalisées en une matière plastique isolante thermique, les bandes d'assemblage (6, 7) étant ancrées dans des rainures en retrait (5) des barres profilées, par des bandes de fixation (8) en une matière déformable, caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fixation (8) sont réalisées en aluminium doux et qu'elles sont refoulées suivant leur longueur, de. façon continue ou à intervalles.
2-Elément profilé isolant thermique selon la revendication 1, dans lequel les bandes d'assemblage (6, 7)-vues en section transversale-comportent deux ailes d'ancrage (13, 14) parallèles, encastrées dans les rainures en retrait (5), et une aile de liaison (12) qui relie les ailes d'ancrage (13, 14), caractérisé en ce que les bandes de fixation (8) sont introduites dans les rainures (5) correspondantes sur le côté de l'aile de liaison (12) opposé aux ailes d'ancrage (13, 14) et sont refoulées par leur bord tourné vers l'ouverture de la rainure.
3-Elément profilé isolant thermique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le refoulement à intervalles est effectué au moyen d'une roue dentée guidée sous pression sur le bord de la bande de fixation (8) correspondante, tournée vers l'ouverture de la rainure.
4-Elément profilé isolant thermique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le refoulement de bandes de fixation (8) opposées sur une bande d'assemblage (6, 7) est effectué au moyen de deux roues dentées (10, 11) qui repoussent simultanément les barres profilées (1, 2) à l'intervalle voulu.
