Abstract
RESUMENUn procedimiento para la producción de una proteína humana en planta, en particular de unaenzima lisosomal recombinante humana en el endoesperma de planta, comprende:-un primer paso de transformación de la planta mediante el cual la proteína es obtenida y confinada en el endoesperma que no es absobido por el embrión, y permite que la presencia de grandes cantidades de proteína en el endoesperma no afecte la viabilidad de la semilla y la velocidad de la germinación;-el uso, en el primer paso de la transformación de la planta, de un promotor endoesperma-específico corriente arriba del gen que codifica para dicha proteína y de un péptido señal que permite la transferencia co-traduccional de la proteína naciente al lumen del retículo endoplasmático de las células del endoesperma para su almaenamiento tejido-específico;-el segundo paso de acumulación de la proteína dentro del endoesperma de las semilla de la planta.
