Abstract

본 발명은 인간 줄기세포에서 고활성 줄기세포를 분리하는 방법, 상기 방법에 의해 분리된 고활성 줄기세포, 상기 줄기세포를 포함하는 세포 치료제 및 특정 사이토카인을 포함하는 줄기세포에서 고활성 줄기세포를 분리하기 위한 배지에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 본 발명의 방법을 이용시 다양한 기원의 중배엽 줄기세포에서 고효율의 줄기세포를 분리해 내는데 매우 유용할 것이며, 또한 다른 조건에서 배양되고 있는 다양한 기원의 줄기세포에서도 적용이 가능하므로, 고효율성의 세포 치료제를 개발하는데 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다. 체외에서 여러 계대에 따른 증가되는 노화된 줄기세포를 효과적으로 분리해 낼 수 있으며, 이에 따라 줄기세포의 활성을 되돌릴 수 있는 방법으로 제시될 수 있다.
