Abstract
Un método para la producción de una proteína humana en una planta, en particular de una enzima lisosomal humana recombinante en un endospermo de una planta de cereal, que comprende:- un primer paso de transformación de la planta de cereal en donde la enzima lisosomal de proteína es obtenida y confinada en un endospermo, que eventualmente no es absorbido por el embrión, y la presencia de grandes cantidades de la enzima lisosomal de proteína en el endospermo no afecta de forma negativa la viabilidad de las semillas y la velocidad de germinación;- el uso, en el primer paso de la transformación de la planta de cereal, de un promotor especifico de endospermo corriente arriba del gen que codifica dicha enzima isosomal de proteína, y de un péptido de señal para una transferencia cotraslacional de la enzima lisosomal de proteína recientemente sintetizada dentro del lumen del retículo endoplasmático de las células del endospermo para su acumulación especifica a tejidos;- un segundo paso de acumulación de la enzima lisososmal dentro del endospermo de la semilla de una planta de cereal.
