Abstract
Un método para la producción de enzima lisosómica recombinante humana en el endospermo de una planta de cereal, que comprende: - una primera etapa de transformación de la planta de cereal, mediante el cual se obtiene la enzima lisosómica y se confina en el endospermo, que a la larga no es absorbido por el embrión, y la presencia de grandes cantidades de enzima lisosómica en el endospermo no afecta negativamente la viabilidad de la semilla ni la velocidad de germinación; - el uso en la primera etapa de transformación de la planta de cereal, de un promotor específico del endospermo en la dirección 5' del gen que codifica la enzima lisosómica y de un péptido señal para una transferencia simultánea a la traducción, de la enzima lisosómica recién sintetizada hacia la luz del retículo endoplásmico de las células del endospermo para su acumulación en el tejido específico; - una etapa de acumulación de enzima lisosómica dentro del endospermo de la semilla de una planta de cereal.
