Abstract
Способ получения белка человека в растении, в частности рекомбинантного лизосомального фермента человека, в эндосперме растения, включающий первую стадию трансформации растения, посредством которой получают и заключают в эндосперме белок, который в конечном счете не поглощается зародышем, и присутствие больших количеств белка в эндосперме не оказывает отрицательного влияния на жизнеспособность и скорость прорастания семени; использование на первой стадии трансформации растения эндоспермспецифического промотора выше гена, кодирующего этот белок, и сигнального пептида для котрансляционного переноса вновь синтезированного белка в полость эндоплазматического ретикулума клеток эндосперма для его тканеспецифического накопления; вторую стадию накопления белка внутри эндосперма семени растения.
