GENE QUIMÉRICO, VETOR DESIGNADO PARA TRANSFORMAÇÃO DE PLASTÍDEOS VEGETAIS, CÉLULA VEGETAL TRANSPLASTÔMICA, PLANTA TRANSPLASTÔMICA, PARTES COLHÍVEIS DE PLANTA, MÉTODO DE PRODUÇÃO DE PROTEÍNA DE INTERESSE EM CÉLULA VEGETAL E MÉTODOS DE PRODUÇÃO DE PEPTÍDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a construções e métodos de expressão de proteínas recombinantes no lúmen tilacóide de células vegetais transplastômicas. Além disso, a presente invenção refere-se a células vegetais transpiastômicas e plantas que expressam gene de interesse no lúmen tilacóide.
