Abstract
Данное изобретение относится к антителам, которые связываются с CD3 со слабой или недетектируемой аффинностью связывания и способам их применения. Согласно некоторым вариантам осуществления антитела по изобретению связывают CD3 человека с низкой аффинностью и индуцируют пролиферацию Т-клеток человека и, следовательно, индуцируют опосредованный Т-клетками лизис опухолевых клеток с высокой эффективностью. В соответствии с некоторыми вариантами осуществления данное изобретение предлагает биспецифические антигенсвязывающие молекулу, содержащие первый антигенсвязывающий домен, который специфически связывает CD3 человека со слабой или недетектируемой аффинностью связывания в анализе in vitro, и вторую антигенсвязывающую молекулу, которая специфически связывает опухолеассоциированный антиген человека. В некоторых вариантах осуществления биспецифические антигенсвязывающие молекулы по данному изобретению способны ингибировать рост опухолей, экспрессирующих целевой антиген, такой как PSMA. Антитела и биспецифические антигенсвязывающие молекулы по изобретению пригодны для лечения заболеваний и расстройств, в которых повышенный или индуцированный целевой иммунный ответ является желательным и/или терапевтически полезным.
