Abstract

В заявке описан способ эпоксидирования пропена, включающий стадии введения в реакцию пропена с пероксидом водорода в присутствии титаново-силикалитного катализатора и растворителя-метанола; выделения непрореагировавшего пропена и пропеноксида из полученной реакционной смеси с получением смеси растворителей, содержащей метанол и воду при их суммарном количестве, составляющем не менее 90 мас.%; и загрузки этой смеси растворителей в виде потока сырья в работающую в непрерывном режиме дистилляционную колонну для отгонки метанола в положении загрузки в колонну в средней секции указанной колонны, с получением головного продукта, содержащего не менее 90 мас.% метанола, и кубового продукта, содержащего не менее 90 мас.% воды; проводимое в положении загрузки в колонну или выше него добавление жидкого противовспенивателя, обладающего растворимостью в потоке сырья, равной менее 10 мг/кг при 25°C, и поверхностным натяжением на поверхности раздела жидкость-воздух, равным менее 22 мН/м при 20°C, в количестве, превышающем возможное растворимое количество жидкого противовспенивателя в потоке сырья, подавляет образование пены в дистилляционной колонне для отгонки метанола.
