Abstract

Proceso para la producción de 1, 3-butadiendo que comprende: alimentar la mezcla (a) que comprende 1, 3-butadodiol y agua a un evaporador, el agua que se presenta en una cantidad de mayor que o igual a 5% en peso, de manera preferente que varía de 10%en peso a 85%en peso, more de manera preferente que varía de 15% en peso a 30% en peso, con relación al peso total de la mezcla (a), para obtener: (b) una corriente gaseosa que comprende 1,3-butanodiol que sale de la parte superior del evaporador; y, opcionalmente (c) una corriente de purga que sale del fondo del evaporador; alimentar la corriente gaseosa (b) a un primer reactor que contiene al menos un catalizador de deshidratación para obtener (d) una corriente que comprende alquenoles, agua y, opcionalmente, impurezas y/o 1,3-butanodiol sin reaccionar, que sale del primer reactor; opcionalmente, alimentar la corriente (d) a una primera sección de purificación para obtener: (e) una corriente que comprende alquenoles, agua, y, opcionalmente, impurezas; (f) una corriente que comprende agua y, opcionalmente ,impurezas y/o 1,3-butanodiol sin reaccionar; y, opcionalmente, (f') una corriente que comprende impurezas; alimentar la corriente (d) o la corriente (e) a un segundo reactor que contiene al menos un catalizador de deshidratación para obtener (g) una corriente que comprende 1,3-butadieno, agua y, opcionalmente, impurezas y/o alquenoles sin reaccionar, que salen del segundo reactor; alimentar la corriente (g) a una segunda sección de purificación para obtener; (h) una corriente que comprende 1,3-butadiano puro; (i) una corriente que comprende agua y, opcionalmente, alquenoles sin reaccionar; y opcionalmente, (l)una corriente que comprende impurezas. El 1,3-butadieno se puede usar de manera ventajosa como un monómero o compuesto intermedio en la producción de elastómeros y (co) polímeros.
