Abstract

Изобретение касается способа регенерации этиленгликоля в процессе получения ПЭТ, в котором создаваемую в результате реакции эстерификации воду обрабатывают и потом смешивают с текучим агентом, который содержит 2-метил-1,3-диоксолан (МДО). Смешивание осуществляют в резервуаре перед направлением смеси до ректификационной колонны. В результате увеличения содержания воды в текучем агенте происходит смещение равновесия реакции и как следствие расщепление имеющегося МДО на этиленгликоль и ацетальдегид. По окончании предусмотренного для реакции расщепления времени пребывания в реакторе смесь направляют дальше до ректификационной колонны, благодаря чему обеспечивается возвращение этиленгликоля, образованного в результате реакции расщепления, в процесс получения ПЭТ.
