Abstract
Настоящая заявка относится к способу получения метилформиата. Исходный материал, содержащий формальдегид, метанол и/или диметиловый эфир, вводят в первую реакционную зону для приведения в контактирование с катализатором А, и компонент I получают посредством разделения. Компонент I вводят во вторую реакционную зону для приведения в контактирование с катализатором В для того, чтобы получить посредством разделения метилформиат в качестве продукта, диметиловый эфир, который возвращают в первую реакционную зону, и компонент II, который возвращают во вторую реакционную зону. Соотношение формальдегида, метанола и/или диметилового эфира в исходном материале составляет формальдегид:метанол и/или диметиловый эфир=1:2-4 в расчете на число молей атомов углерода, содержащихся в соответствующем компоненте; массовая часовая объемная скорость формальдегида в исходном материале составляет 0,01-15,0 ч; температура составляет 50-100°C в первой реакционной зоне; температура составляет 50-200°C и давление составляет 0,1-10 МПа во второй реакционной зоне; и компоненты находятся независимым образом в газовой фазе и/или жидкой фазе. В данной заявке катализаторы имеют продолжительный срок службы, реакционные условия являются мягкими, и коэффициент использования исходного материала является высоким, и, соответственно, данное изобретение делает возможным непрерывное производство и обладает потенциалом для крупномасштабного промышленного применения.
