Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к новым аминопиридилоксипиразольным соединениям, которые ингибируют активность рецептора 1 трансформирующего фактора роста бета (TGFβR1), к фармацевтическим композициям, содержащим указанные соединения, а также к способам применения указанных соединений для лечения рака, предпочтительно рака толстой кишки, меланомы, гепатоцеллюлярной карциномы, рака почки, глиобластомы, рака поджелудочной железы, миелодиспластического синдрома, рака легких и рака желудка и/или фиброза, предпочтительно фиброза печени и хронического заболевания почек.
