Abstract
Изобретение относится к электроду для электролитических процессов, в частности к катоду, подходящему для выделения водорода в промышленном электролитическом процессе, содержащему металлическую подложку, покрытую внешним каталитическим слоем, содержащим кристаллический оксид рутения, обладающий высокоупорядоченной структурой рутила с длиной связи Ru Ru и Ru О, характеризующейся коэффициентом Дебая-Валлера ниже критической величины. Каталитический внешний слой может содержать оксиды редкоземельных элементов, таких как празеодим.
