Abstract
Клетки молочно-кислых бактерий, полученных посредством регулирования рН среды на стадии культивирования и стадиях обработки до нейтрального диапазона, равного, например, от 5 до 8 или около того, при распределении размеров частиц имеют значение параметра (размер частиц), равное 1,0 мкм или меньше. Клетки наноразмерных молочно-кислых бактерий, имеющих такой небольшой размер частиц, обладают замечательной способностью продуцировать IFN-α, а также превосходны для диспергирования в воде.
