Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения фармацевтически применимой полиморфной формы I гидросульфата (S)-(+)-метил-α-(2-хлорофенил)-6,7-дигидротиено[3,2-с]пиридин-5(4Н)-ацетата формулы I по реакции (S)-(+)-метил-α-(2-хлорофенил)-6,7-дигидротиено[3,2-с]пиридин-5(4Н)-ацетата и серной кислоты в присутствии растворителей, который включает растворение (S)-(+)-метил-α-(2-хлорофенил)-6,7-дигидротиено[3,2-с]пиридин-5(4Н)-ацетата в простом эфире; смешивание данного раствора с раствором спирта С6-С11 и серной кислоты и извлечение полученного таким образом соединения формулы I из маточного раствора.
