Abstract

Изобретение относится к сцинтилляционным материалам и может быть использовано в ядерной физике, медицине и нефтяной промышленности для регистрации и измерения рентгеновского, гамма- и альфа-излучений; неразрушающего контроля структуры твердых тел; трехмерной позитрон-электронной и рентгеновской компьютерной томографии и флюорографии. Сцинтилляционные вещества на основе силиката, содержащего лютеций Lu и церий Се, имеют состав, который выражается химическими формуламиCeLiSiO,CeLiLuASiO,CeLiLudASiO,где А - по крайней мере один из элементов группы Gd, Sc, Y, La, Eu, Tb; x - от 1х10ф.ед. до 0,02 ф.ед, y - от 0,024 ф.ед. до 0,09 ф.ед, z не более чем 0,05 ф.ед; q не более чем 0,2 ф.ед, р не более чем 0,05 ф.ед.CeLiLuASiO,z не более чем 8,9 ф.ед. Получаемые сцинтилляционные вещества обладают большой плотностью, высоким световым выходом, малым временем послесвечения и малым процентом потерь при изготовлении сцинтилляционных элементов для трехмерных томографов (PET).
