Abstract

Система удаления целевых загрязняющих веществ, таких как окиси серы, окиси азота, соединения ртути и зола, из газов сгорания и газов других промышленных процессов и способы, использующие эту систему. Окиси марганца используются как начальный сорбент в системе удаления или улавливания загрязняющих веществ. Окиси марганца вводятся из устройств подачи в реакционные зоны системы, где они контактируют с газом, из которого нужно удалить загрязняющие вещества. Что касается удаления загрязняющих веществ, сорбент может взаимодействовать с загрязняющим веществом как катализатор, реагент, адсорбент или абсорбент. Удаление может происходить в одноступенчатой, двухступенчатой или многоступенчатой системах со множеством различных конфигураций и реакционных зон, например пылеуловительная камера, циклоны, кипящие слои и т.п. Параметры процесса, в особенности перепады давления в системе, управляются электронными устройствами управления для поддержания минимальных перепадов давления в системе и для наблюдения и регулировки КПД удаления загрязняющих веществ. Прореагировавший сорбент может быть удалён из зон действия реакции для повторного использования, или повторно использован, или восстановлен, причём в ходе регенерации восстанавливаются полезные и товарные побочные продукты.Отчет о международном поиске был опубликован 2003.02.06.
