Claims (13)
1. Automatiseret bådvaskedok (100), som omfatter: - mindst én bådskrogsvaskeblok (103) indrettet til at udføre vaskningen af båden; - mindst én forskydningsblok (101) til at flytte skroget i den langsgående retning in denfor dokken (100); - mindst én løfteblok (102) til at løfte båden indenfor dokken (100); kendetegnet ved, at forskydningsblokken (101) omfatter: - mindst én blok (105) til at styre skrogets indgang i dokken (100), hvor blokken (105) er indrettet til at tegne bådene og deres placering i systemet (100), og til at scanne skrogets underside, detektere skrogets geometri, og til at udføre en computer rekonstruktion ved hjælp af dertil beregnet software; - mekaniske arme, som anvendes til at håndtere skroget; - mindst én blok (106) til at styre skrogets bevægelser hen over dokken (100) ved hjælp af de mekaniske arme og ved at anvende geometrien detekteret og rekonstrueret ved hjælp af det dertil beregnet software; og - mindst én blok (107) til at håndtere skrogets udgang fra dokken (100) ved hjælp af de mekaniske arme.
2. Automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at dokken omfatter mindst én sugnings- og rensningsblok (104) til at suge og rense spildevand fra vaskningen af skroget.
3. Automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at spil-devandssugnings- og rensningsblokken (104) er forbundet til sugningsindløb placeret tæt ved dokken (100).
4. Automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 1, kendetegnet ved, at løfteblokken (102) omfatter hængslede mekaniske arme indrettet til at strække sig imod bestemte gribepunkter af skroget, der bestemmes som funktion af den scannede geometri, og hvor de mekaniske arme er indrettet til at løfte skroget.
5. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100), som omfatter trinnet at vaske bådens skrog indenfor den automatiserede bådvaskedok (100), kendetegnet ved, at den omfatter trinnene at: - åbne de mekaniske arme omfattet i den automatiske bådvaskedok (100) for at overtage båden; - understøtte bådens indgang og positionering i den automatiserede bådvaskedok (100); - klassificere skrogets type som én af typerne omfattet i gruppen bestående af: pla- nende/deplacement-skrog, sejle, katamaran/trimaran; - lukke de mekaniske arme for at overtage båden; - scanne båden for at rekonstruere dens tredimensionelle geometri ved hjælp af der til beregnet software; - udføre en behandlingsfase af båden; - gemme informationen forbundet med behandlingsfasen og tilknytte det til bådens nummerpladenummer; - frigive skroget og skyde båden ud ved at åbne de mekaniske arme.
6. Fremgangsmåden til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet at scanne båden for at rekonstruere dens tre-dimensionelle geometri, ved hjælp af dertil beregnet software, omfatter trinnet at scanne det nedsænkede afsnit af skroget ved hjælp af sonar, og laser til at detektere skrogets profil.
7. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at bådbehandlingsfasen omfatter at udføre et trin udvalgt fra: - at løfte båden; - at vaske båden; - at udføre trinnet at løfte båden og trinnet at vaske båden i rækkefølge.
8. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet at løfte omfatter at støtte båden i løftepositionen ved hjælp af manuel kalibrering ved den første arbejdsproces på båden.
9. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet at løfte omfatter at udføre løftningen ved hjælp af flere mekaniske arme arbejdende samtidig på gribepunkterne af det nedsænkede afsnit af skroget for at sikre løftningen af båden.
10. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at vasketrinnet omfatter at udføre vaskningen ved manuel kalibrering ved den første arbejdsproces på båden.
11. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 7, kendetegnet ved, at vasketrinnet omfatter at udføre vaskningen ved hjælp af en kombineret virkning af roterende børster, som behandler det nedsænkede afsnit af skroget og siderne af båden samtidigt.
12. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet at placere skrogets akse centreret med dokkens (100) akse, går forud for trinnet at scanne båden.
13. Fremgangsmåde til at vaske en båd i en automatiseret bådvaskedok (100) ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at trinnet at scanne båden omfatter trinnet at scanne det nedsænkede afsnit af skroget ved hjælp af en sonar profilmåler.
