Claims (15)
1. Additivsammensætninger omfattende de følgende komponenter: a) mindst en metaldeaktivator eller chelaterende stof valgt blandt aminer substitueret af Ν,Ν'-disalicyliden-grupper, b) mindst et antioxidant af den sterisk hindrede phenoltype (alkylphenol), c) mindst et dispergeringsmiddel og/eller detergent, i) mindst en metalpassivator valgt fra forbindelser omfattende en triazol-gruppe, alene eller i en blanding, og eventuelt d) mindst en syreneutralisator (acid scavenger) af den alifatiske, cykloalifatiske eller aromatiske amin-type; e) mindst et lav-temperaturs præstationsadditiv, f) mindst en tracer eller markør, g) mindst et duftmiddel og/eller middel til at maskere lugte og/eller reodorant, h) mindst et biocid.
2. Additivsammensætninger ifølge krav 1, omfattende mindst et carbonhydrid organisk solvent og/eller mindst et kompatibiliserende middel eller co-solvent.
3. Additivsammensætninger ifølge krav 2, i hvilke metalpassivatoren er valgt fra aminerne substitueret af triazol-grupper, alene eller i en blanding.
4. Additivsammensætninger ifølge krav 3, i hvilke metalpassivatoren er valgt blandt N,N-Bis(2-ethylhexyl)-l,2,4-triazol-l-ylmethanamin, (CAS 91273-04-0) og N,N'-bis-(2 ethylhexyl)-4-methyl-lH-benzotriazol-l-methylamin (CAS 80584-90-3), alene eller i en blanding.
5. Additivsammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 4, i hvilke * metaldeaktivatorerne eller de chelaterende stoffer a) er valgt blandt aminer substitueret af Ν,Ν'-disalicyliden-grupper, såsom Ν,Ν'-disalicyliden 1,2-diaminopropan (DMD); * antioxidanterne af alkylphenol-type b) er valgt blandt molekylerne omfattende mindst en sterisk hindret phenol-gruppe (alkylphenoler), alene eller i en blanding, * dispergeringsmidlerne og/eller detergenterne c) er valgt blandt substituerede aminer, polyetheraminer, reaktionsprodukter mellem et phenol substitueret afen carbonhydridkæde, et aldehyd, og et amin eller polyamin eller ammoniak, carboxyl dispergeringsmiddel, amineret dispergeringsmiddel stammende fra reaktionen mellem halogeneret alifat med høj molekylevægt med aminer eller polyaminer, polymeriske dispergeringsmiddel opnået ved polymerisering af alkylakrylater eller alkylmethakrylater (C8 til C30 alkylkæder), aminoalkylakrylater eller akrylamider og akrylater substitueret af poly-(oxyethylen) -grupper; * de eventuelle syreneutralisatorer d) er valgt blandt alifatiske, cykloalifatiske og aromatiske aminer, fortrinsvis dimethylcyclohexyldiamin; * de eventuelle lav-temperaturs præstationsadditiver e) er valgt blandt additiver som forbedrer flydepunktet, additiver som forbedrer koldfilterpunktet (CFPP), additiver som forbedrer uklarhedspunktet og/eller antisedimentations- og/eller paraffindispergeringsadditiver, * metalpassivatorerne er valgt blandt aminer substitueret af triazol-grupper såsom N,N-Bis(2-ethylhexyl)-l,2,4-triazol-l-ylmethanamin (CAS 91273-04-0) the N,N'-bis-(2 ethylhexyl) -4-methyl-lH-benzotriazol amin (CAS 80584-90-3).
6. Additivsammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 5, omfattende mindst a) mindst en metaldeaktivator a) valgt blandt aminer substitueret af N,N'-disalicyliden-grupper, såsom Ν,Ν'-disalicyliden 1,2-diaminopropan (DMD), b) mindst et antioxidant af den sterisk hindrede phenoltype b), valgt blandt molekyler omfattende mindst en sterisk hindret phenol-gruppe, alene eller i en blanding, c) mindst et dispergeringsmiddel og/eller detergent c) valgt, fortrinsvis, blandt PIBSI, d) mindst en syreneutralisator (acid scavenger) af amin-typen d), i) mindst en metalpassivator i) valgt blandt aminer substitueret af triazol-grupper, såsom benzotriazol, toluyltriazol og eventuelt e) mindst et additiv for som forbedrer lav-temperaturs præstation valgt blandt EVA-copolymerer og/eller VEOVA-terpolymerer e), f) mindst en markør eller tracer f), g) mindst et duftmiddel og/eller middel til at maskere lugte og/eller reodorant, valgt blandt: * de organisk tricykliske forbindelser beskrevet i EP 1 591 514 som er organisk tricykliske forbindelser af formel (I) nedenfor 0)
i hvilken cyclopentan-ringen er mættet eller umættet, og RI, R2, R3, identiske eller forskellige, er valgt blandt hydrogen og carbonhydridradikaler omfattende fra 1 til 10 carbonatomer og eventuelt omfattende en eller flere heteroatomer såvel som * alifatiske eller aromatiske aldehyder såsom vanillin, * alifatiske eller aromatiske estere, såsom benzylacetat, * alkoholer, såsom linalool, phenylethyl-alkoholer, * ketoner, såsom krystalliseret kamfer, ethylmaltol, * essentielle olier, såsom essentiel olie udledt fra citrusfrugter og/eller * blandinger deraf, og fortrinsvis blandingen af mindst en organisk tricyklisk forbindelse og mindst et aldehyd, ester, hydroxid, keton, essentiel olie, h) mindst et biocid-additiv h).
7. Additivsammensætninger ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 6, omfattende: - fra 0,1 til 5 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 1 til 2 masseprocent af metaldeaktivator(er) a), - fra 1 til 30 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 2,5 til 10 masseprocent af antioxidant(er) af den sterisk hindrede phenoltype (alkylphenol) b), - fra 0,5 til 20 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 1 til 10 masseprocent af dispergeringsmiddel(-midler) og/eller detergent(er) c), - fra 0 til 20 masseprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,5 til 20 masseprocent og fordelagtigt fra 1 til 10 masseprocent af syreneutralisatorer d), - fra O til 30 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 10 til 20 masseprocent af lavtemperaturs præstationsadditiv(er) e), - fra 0 til 5 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 0,2 til 5 masseprocent af tracer 0, - fra 0 til 10 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 2 til 5 masseprocent af duftstof(fer) og/eller middel (midler) til at maskere lugte og/eller reodorant(er) g), - fra 0 til 20 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 5 til 10 masseprocent og fordelagtigt fra 1 til 2 masseprocent af biocid(er) h), - op til 5 masseprocent, fortrinsvis fra 0,1 til 5 masseprocent, mere fortrinsvist fra 0,5 til 3,5 masseprocent af metalpassivator(er) i) - fra 10 til 80 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 20 til 50 masseprocent af carbonhydrid organisk solvent(er), - fra 10 til 60 masseprocent og fortrinsvis fra 20 til 40 masseprocent af kompatibiliserende stof(fer) eller co-solvent(er).
8. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af sammensætningerne ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7 ved blanding af, fortrinsvis ved omgivende temperatur, komponenter a) til c) og komponent i), og eventuelt komponenter e) til h) og/eller solvent(er) og/eller kompatibiliserende stoffer og/eller andre komponenter, i et eller flere trin.
9. Flydende brændstofsammensætning af dieseltypen omfattende: - en større del af en blanding baseret på flydende carbonhydrider med destilleringstemperaturer mellem 150 og 380°C; - en mindre del omfattende mindst en additivsammensætning ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7, og eventuelt et eller flere additiver andre end de af additivsammensætningen (-sammensætningerne) ifølge opfindelsen.
10. Flydende brændstofsammensætning af dieseltypen ifølge krav 9 omfattende fra 100 til 2000 ppm, fortrinsvis fra 250 til 1000 ppm af masse af additivsammensætning(er) ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1 til 7.
11. Flydende brændstofsammensætning af dieseltypen ifølge et af kravene 9 og 10, kendetegnet ved at de andre additiver er valgt blandt smørende eller antislid-additiver, forbrændingsfremmende stoffer, antiskummende stoffer, antikorrosionsstoffer, detergenter.
12. Flydende brændstofsammensætning af dieseltypen ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 11, kendetegnet ved at de andre additiver er inkorporeret i mængder fra 50 til 1500 ppm efter masse.
13. Flydende brændstofsammensætning af den ikke-vejgående dieseltype ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 9 til 12, omfattende mindst syv volumendele af mindst et produkt af genbrugelig oprindelse.
14. Flydende-brændstofsammensætning af den ikke-vejgående dieseltype ifølge krav 13, i hvilken produktet af genbrugelig oprindelse er valgt fra fedtsyreestere, i alt væsentligt eller udelukkende af animalt eller vegetabilsk oprindelse.
15. Anvendelse af additivsammensætningerne ifølge et af kravene 1 til 7, til forbedring af lagringsstabiliteten, oxideringsresistensen, lav-temperatur præstationsevnen, og mere i særdeleshed motorydelsen af diesel brændstoffer.
