Claims (18)
1. Materiale omfattende et ekspanderet polyalkyliden-terephthalat-baseret lag (A), der er dækket med mindst et ydre lag (B), der omfatter mindst 50 vægt-% af en forbindelse baseret på et opløsningsmiddel- (herunder vand-) opløselig uorganisk chalkogenforbindelse, som i sig selv omfatter et uorganisk materiale, som hærder (stivner, hærder, tværbinder) i kold til varm tilstand (fra -10 °C til +80 °C) under fordampning af opløsningsmidlet og/eller ved påvirkning af luft og/eller vakuum og/eller fugtighed og/eller en af dets bestanddele, og hvor forbindelsen af lag (B) er calciumcarbonat- og/eller cementbaseret forbindelse, gipsbaseret forbindelse, lerbaseret forbindelse, silikatforbindelse og blandinger deraf.
2. Materiale ifølge krav 1, hvor polyalkyliden-terephthalatet er ekspanderet til en massefylde på mellem 30 kg/m3 og 500 kg/m3, fortrinsvis mellem 45 kg/m3 og 120 kg/m3 i henhold til ISO 845.
3. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1 eller 2, hvor den termiske ledeevne af blandingen baseret på det ekspanderede polyalkyliden-terephthalat ligger på mellem 0,5 W/mK og 0,015 W/mK, fortrinsvis mellem 0,051 og 0,020 W/mK i henhold til EN 12667.
4. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-3, hvor polyalkyliden-terephthalatet er poly-ethylen-terephthalat (PET).
5. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-4, hvor den ekspanderede polyalkyliden-terephthalatblanding opnås ved reaktiv ekstrudering ved hjælp af kædeforlængere.
6. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-5, hvor polyalkyliden-terephthalatet er baseret på genanvendt/forbrugt råmateriale.
7. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-6, hvor lag (B) viser en pH-værdi på 2-10.
8. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-7, hvor lag (B) har en tykkelse på 0,2 til 15 mm, fortrinsvis 0,5 til 10 mm.
9. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-8, hvor (B) omfatter flammehæmmende midler og/eller anti-hydrolysemidler fra 0,5 til 50 vægtprocent.
10. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-9, hvor der er påført yderligere lag med henblik på beskyttelse, forstærkning og dekorationsformål.
11. Materiale ifølge et af kravene 1 -10, hvor der er påført mindst et yderligere lag mellem (A) og (B), omfattende ubrændbart eller flammehæmmende materiale.
12. Materiale ifølge krav 11, hvor det ubrændbare eller flammehæmmende materiale er påført mellem (A) og (B) i en åben porøs form (fiber, pulp, net, gitter, stof, woven, nonwoven) eller i en lukket form (folie eller bane) uden eller i en matrix.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af materialet ifølge et af krav 1-12 i en kontinuerlig proces.
14. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af materialet ifølge krav 12 i en totrins-ekstrudering og coatingproces.
15. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af materialet ifølge et af krav 1-12, hvor coatingen udføres ved sprøjtning, dypning, ved skrabning og/eller valse(r).
16. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge et af kravene 1-12 til varme- og/eller lydisolering og/eller vibrationsdæmpning.
17. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge krav 1-12 til varme- og/eller lydisolering inden i og uden på konstruktioner, kar, beholdere og rørledninger, vægge, lofter, gulve, tage, tanke, rør og kanaler.
18. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge et af krav 1-12 til at bygge produkter til letvægtkonstruktioner og/eller energibesparende konstruktioner.
