Claims (17)
1. Materiale, bestående af en udvidet polymer som kerne, overtrukket med mindst ét indvendigt beskyttelseslag, bestående af en metalfolie, og med mindst ét udvendigt beskyttelseslag, bestående af glasfibre, hvor det udvendige beskyttelseslag er det yderste lag.
2. Materiale ifølge krav 1, hvor metalfolien er aluminium.
3. Materiale ifølge krav 2, hvor tykkelsen af aluminiumsfolien af (B) er 1-400 mikroner, fortrinsvis 2-50 mikroner.
4. Materiale ifølge krav 1 eller 2, hvor glasfiberen er i form af vævet tekstil, strikket tekstil eller ensrettet væv.
5. Materiale ifølge krav 4, hvor glasfiberen er coatet med ikke-organiske substanser.
6. Materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor maskestørrelsen af glasfiberen er 0,01 til 0,80 mm, særlig foretrukket 0,04 til 0,25 mm.
7. Materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-4, hvor den foretrukne trådtykkelse af glasfiberen er 5 til 250 tråde per cm, især fra 20 til 60 tråde per cm.
8. Materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-7, hvor det udvendige beskyttelseslag (A) og det indvendige beskyttelseslag (B) eller det indvendige beskyttelseslag (B) og substratforbindelseslag (C) er forbundet med et klæbemiddel.
9. Materiale ifølge krav 8, hvor klæbemidlet har flammehæmmende egenskaber.
10. Materiale ifølge krav 9, hvor klæbemidlet er baseret på chloropren.
11. Materiale ifølge et af krav 1-10, hvor der er påført yderligere lag med henblik på forstærknings- og dekorationsformål.
12. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af materialet ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11 i en kontinuerlig proces.
13. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af materialet ifølge krav 12 i en kontinuerlig totrins-ekstrudering/ekspansions- og lamineringsproces.
14. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11 til beskyttelsesformål.
15. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge krav 14 til anvendelser, der kræver beskyttelse mod temperatur og/eller brand og/eller larm/vibrationer.
16. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge et hvilket som helst af kravene 1-11 til varme- og/eller lydisolering og/eller lyd- og/eller vibrationsdæmpningsisolering og/eller brandbeskyttelsesisolering.
17. Anvendelse af et materiale ifølge krav 16 til varme- og/eller lydisolering og/eller brandbeskyttelsesisolering inden i og uden på konstruktioner, kar, beholdere og rørledninger, så som vægge, lofter, gulve, tage, tanke, rør og kanaler.
