Claims (6)

1. Metalfilter til rensning af en udstødningsgas fra et skib, som er egnet til anvendelse ved fjernelse af nitrogenoxid fra udstødningsgassen, hvilket metalfilter omfatter et metalsubstrat med uregelmæssigheder og en lav-temperaturaktiv katalysator påført metalsubstratet, og omfattende Ti-PILC (Pillared Clay) som pulverunderstøtning og vanadium (V), wolfram (W) og aluminasol understøttet derpå, hvilken lav-tern peraturaktiv katalysator yderligere omfatter, baseret på 100 vægtdele af Ti-PILC, 1-5 vægtdele cerium (Ce), 5-20 vægtdele titaniumdioxid (TiC>2), 1-6 vægtdele jern (Fe), og 1-5 vægtdele svovldioxid (SO2).
2. Metalfilter ifølge krav 1, hvor den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator omfatter, baseret på 100 vægtdele Ti-PILC (Pillared Clay), 1-10 vægtdele V, 1-5 vægtdele W, og 5-20 vægtdele aluminasol.
3. Fremgangsmåde til fremstilling af et metalfilter til rensning af en udstødningsgas fra et skib, som er egnet til anvendelse ved fjernelse af nitrogenoxid fra udstødningsgassen, omfattende: dannelse af uregelmæssigheder på et metalsubstrat; og neddykning af metalsubstratet, som har uregelmæssigheder, i en opløsning af en lav-temperaturaktiv katalysator i en opslæmningstilstand, eller påføring af den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator på metalsubstratet under anvendelse af en belægningsenhed, hvorved metalsubstratet belægges med den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator, hvor fremstillingen af den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator i en opslæmningstilstand omfatter: 1) omrøring af deioniseret vand (Dl vand) og en V forløber, hvorved der opnås en blanding; 2) tilførsel af en W forløber og omrøring af blandingen under udførelse af pH justering til 2-3; 3) tilførsel af Ti-PILC og omrøring af blandingen; 3a) tilførsel af T1O2 og omrøring af blandingen; 3b) yderligere tilførsel af i det mindste én af følgende: en Ce forløber, en Fe forløber og en SO2 forløber og omrøring af blandingen; og 4) tilførsel af aluminasol og omrøring af blandingen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor fremstillingen af den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator udføres ved 50-80°C, og Ti-PILC og Dl vand tilføres i et vægtforhold på 3-5:6-8.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor den lav-temperaturaktive katalysator omfatter, baseret på 100 vægtdele Ti-PILC (Pillared Clay), 1-10 vægtdele V, 1-5 vægtdele W og 5-20 vægtdele aluminasol.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 3, hvor 3b) omfatter 3b-1) omrøring af blandingen tilvejebragt ved 3a) og Ce forløberen; 3b-2) omrøring af blandingen opnået ved 3a), Ce forløberen og Fe forløberen; og 3b-3) omrøring af blandingen opnået ved 3a), Ce forløberen, Fe forløberen og S02 forløberen.
