Claims (14)
- 디젤엔진 또는 연소가스내에 포함된 질소산화물을 제거하는 촉매상에서 환원제인 암모니아와 반응시켜 질소와 물로 전환시키는 공정에 사용되는 촉매에 있어서,상기 촉매는 벤토나이트에 타이타니아(TiO2)를 필러링 시킨 담체에 활성탄을 첨가하여 활성담체를 형성하고, 상기 활성탄-타이타니아-필러드클레이(AC-Ti-PILC)에 활성물질을 0.5∼20 중량% 담지한 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 활성탄은 벤토나이트 단위 그램당 1 ∼ 50 중량% 범위내에서 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서;상기 활성탄은 타이타니아 필러링후 혼합하거나 필러링된 클레이 용액의 여과 세척후 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 벤토나이트 단위 그램당 티타늄은 1 ∼ 100 밀리몰 첨가되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 활성물질은 바나디아(V2O5), 텅스텐(WO3), 몰리브덴(MoO3)로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1, 2, 4, 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;상기 촉매는 150 ∼ 300㎡/g 의 표면적을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1 항에 있어서;상기 촉매는 질소산화물 제거를 위하여 암모니아와 우레아에 의하여 일산화질소, 이산화질소의 환원반응에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 7 항에 있어서;상기 질소산화물 제거를 위한 일산화질소 환원반응에서 온도는 200 ∼ 500℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 제 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;상기 촉매는 코디얼라이트 하니콤 담체나 세라믹 부직포에 코팅되거나, 펠렛 형태로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매.
- 디젤엔진 또는 연소가스내에 포함된 질소산화물을 제거하는 촉매상에서 환원제인 암모니아나 우레아와 반응시켜 질소와 물로 전환시키는 공정에 사용되는 촉매의 제조방법에 있어서,점토의 현탁용액에 타이타니아 필러링 용액을 첨가하여 교반하고, 이에 활성탄을 첨가한 후 여과, 세척, 건조, 소성에 의해 다공성 활성 담체를 형성하는 담체 형성단계;상기 형성된 분말상태의 활성 담체를 활성물질이 용해된 용액에 넣어 교반하고, 건조 및 소성하여 활성물질을 담지하는 활성물질 담지단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서;상기 담체 형성단계는 증류수에 벤토나이트를 넣어 교반하여 점토의 현탁액을 형성하는 단계;염산용액에 사염화타이타늄을 가하고 이 혼합물에 증류수를 가하여 티타늄을 필러링하기 위한 용액을 형성하는 단계;상기 각각의 용액을 상온에서 숙성하는 단계;상기 점토의 현탁용액에 타이타니아 필러링 용액을 순서대로 가한 후, 이 현탁액을 교반하는 단계;상기 교반된 현탁액에 활성탄을 첨가하고 교반하는 단계;상기 슬러리를 여과 및 세척한 후 건조하고 이를 소성하여 담체를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 10 항에 있어서;상기 활성물질 담지단계는 활성물질 전구체를 증류수에 녹인 후 옥살산을 이용하여 산도(pH) 2∼3.0 으로 조정하는 단계;상기 활성물질 용액에 분말상태의 담체를 넣어 교반한 후 물을 증발시킨 다음 이를 건조/소성하는 단계를 통해 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서;상기 활성물질은 바나디아(V2O5), 텅스텐(WO3), 몰리브덴(MoO3)로 이루어진 군에서 하나 이상을 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매 제조방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서;상기 바니다아의 전구체는 암모늄 메타 바나데이트이고, 텅스텐의 전구체는 암모늄 메타텅스테이트하이드레이트이며, 몰리브덴의 전구체는 암모늄몰리브데이트 인 것을 특징으로 하는 질소산화물 제거용 촉매 제조방법.
