Claims (15)
1. Fremgangsmåde til oxidation af en kontaminant valgt fra gruppen bestående af: chlorerede opløsningsmidler, polychlorerede biphenyler, polyaromatiske carbonhydrider, mineraloliebaserede carbonhydrider (TPH), methyl-tert-butylether, bromerede opløsningsmidler og 1,4-dioxan, i et miljømedium valgt blandt jord, klippe, grundvand, spildevand og procesvand, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter etablering af kontakt mellem kontaminanten in situ og en sammensætning, som omfatter et persulfat og hydrogenperoxid, hvor molforholdet mellem persulfat og hydrogen peroxid er lig med fra 1:20 til 20:1.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor kontaminanten er et chloreret opløsningsmiddel valgt fra gruppen bestående af trichlorethylen, vinylchlorid, tetrachlorethylen, methylenchlorid, 1,2-dichlorethan, 1,1,1-trichlorethan, 1,1-dichlorethan, 1,1-dichlorethen, carbontetrachlorid, chloroform og chlorbenzener.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor kontaminanten er et mineraloliebaseret carbonhydrid (TPH) valgt fra gruppen bestående af benzen, toluen, xylen og ethylbenzen.
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor kontaminanten er et bromeret opløsningsmiddel, som er ethylendibromid.
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet er et monopersulfat eller et dipersulfat.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet er natriumbase, ammoniumbase eller kaliumbase.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet er natriumpersulfat.
8. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor molforholdet mellem persulfat og hydrogenperoxid er lig med fra 1:10 til 10:1.
9. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet og hydrogenperoxidet tilføres samtidigt til mediet.
10. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet og hydrogenperoxidet tilføres sekventielt til mediet.
11. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet tilføres til mediet inden tilførslen af hydrogenperoxidet.
12. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor hydrogenperoxidet tilføres til mediet inden tilførslen af persulfatet.
13. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1, hvor persulfatet og hydrogenperoxidet tilføres til mediet sekventielt ved gentagne tilførsler.
14. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor de gentagne sekventielle tilsætninger af persulfat og hydrogenperoxid sker kontinuerligt.
15. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 13, hvor de gentagne sekventielle tilsætninger af persulfat og hydrogenperoxid er adskilt af tidsintervaller.
