DK 160453 B
Opfindelsen angår et digitalt høreapparat af den i krav l’s indledning omhandlede art.
Fra USA-patentskrift nr. 4 187 413 kendes et digitalt høreapparat for hørehæmmende, i hvilket de ana-5 loge mikrofonsignaler bearbejdes digitalt og derefter gengives analogt over høreapparatet. Det kendte digitale høreapparats overføringsfunktion kan varieres, idet man erstatter de i et digitalt lager med variabelt indhold indeholdte parametre for en bestemt overfø-10 ringsfunktion med nye parametre for den netop ønskede overføringsfunktion. Erfaringsmæssigt er imidlertid en hørehæmmets hørefunktion til stadighed udsat for forandringer, således at den hørehæmmede med regelmæssige mellemrum skal lade sit høreapparat kontrollere 15 og eventuelt udskifte.
Høreapparatet ifølge opfindelsen med de krav 1 angivne karakteriserende træk har heroverfor den fordel, at den hørehæmmende med sit høreapparat både kan afprøve sin hørefunktion og også selv foretage en ny-20 tilpasning efter en eventuelt ændret hørefunktion. Den hørehæmmede kan eventuelt endog indstille en individuelt ændret overføringsfunktion.
Med de i de uselvstændige krav angivne foranstaltninger er fordelagtige videreudviklinger og for-25 bedringer af det i krav 1 angivne høreapparat mulige.
Særlig fordelagtig er selvkorrektion af høreapparatet ved objektiv audiometri, navnlig ved stape-dius-refleksmåling. De individuelle muligheder for variation- af overføringsfunktionen forøges imidlertid, 30 hvis der til selvkorrektionen anvendes en fremgangsmåde med subjektiv audiometri, navnlig i form af rentone- eller enkeltfrekvensaudiometri. Fordelagtigt findes der en tastkobler, hvis betjening tjener til konstatering af høretærsklen.

5 En mikrofon 10 er over en analog/digital-om- sætter 11 forbundet med en mikrodatamat 12, hvis udgange over en digital/analog-omsætter 13 er tilsluttet en elektroakustisk omsætter 14, ved hjælp af hvilken de fremdragne lydbølger indstråles i en høre-10 hæmmets øre. Et ikke-flygtigt lager 15 med variabelt lagerindhold, navnlig et EARAM eller et EEPROM, er forbundet med mikrodatamaten 12. Endvidere er et programlager 16 for det egentlige høreprogram og et programlager 17 for testprogrammet ligeledes forbun-15 det med mikrodatamaten 12. Omkoblingen mellem de to programlagre 16, 17 foretages over en omskifter 18.
I en realiseret udførelsesform kan naturligvis indholdene af programlageret 16 for høreprogrammet og af programlageret 17 for testprogrammet være nedlagt i 20 et enkelt ROM-lager. Ved hjælp af omskifteren 18 bliver eksempelvis de påkaldte lagerpladser forøget henholdsvis formindsket med en bestemt talværdi. En tastkobler 19 er endvidere forbundet med mikrodatamaten 12.
25 · Virkemåden af det i fig. 1 viste udførelses- eksempel skal i det følgende forklares med henvisning til det i fig. 2 viste rutediagram. Ved hjælp af mikrodatamaten afspørges til stadighed, om kobleren 18 er i teststillingen (20). Hvis dette ikke er tilfældet, 30 forløber det normale, i programlageret 16 lagrede høreprogram (21). Dette sker, indtil kobleren 18 omlægges til teststillingen. Ved hjælp af det nu virksomme testprogram i programlageret 17 indkobles først en'første frekvens flf og dennes amplitude forøges 35 kontinuerligt (22). Derpå afspørges ved hjælp af mikrodatamaten 12, om tasten 19 er betjent (23). Hø-
Claims (6)
1. Digitalt høreapparat med en akustisk sensor, en mikrodatamat med tilhørende lager med variabelt lagerindhold til lagring af data for høreapparatets over-35 føringsfunktion til digital signalbearbejdning af sen- DK 160453 B sorsignalerne og med én elektro/akustisk omsætter, kendetegnet ved, at høreapparatet yderligere omfatter en korrektionsopstilling (17,15,12) for overføringsfunktionen, ved hjælp af hvilken en serie 5 testtoner frembringes efter hinanden, og en korrektion af de tilsvarende overføringsdata foretages i afhængighed af høreapparatbærerens reaktion på de enkelte test-toner ved sammenligning med en lagret hørenorm.
2. Høreapparat ifølge krav l, kendeteg-10' n e t ved, at der. findes en omskifter (18) til korrektionsopstillingen (17,15,12).
3. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, kendetegnet ved, at høreapparatbærerens reaktion bestemmes ved objektiv audiometri, navnlig ved stape- 15 dius-refleksmåling.
4. Høreapparat ifølge krav 3, kendetegnet ved, at der på høreapparatbærerens trommehinde findes en trykføler.
5. Høreapparat ifølge krav 1 eller 2, k e n - 20 detegnet ved, at høreapparatbærerens reaktion bestemmes ved subjektiv audiometri, navnlig i form af rentoneaudiometri.
6. Høreapparat ifølge krav 5, kendetegnet ved, at der findes en tastkobler (19), hvis be- 25 tjening tjener til bestemmelse af høretærsklen.
