Opfindelsen angår en blæsestøbt plastbeholder med en i en åbningsrand afsluttet halsdel, hvilken beholder omfatter en radialt udadforløbende yderflange, som er anbragt i en afstand under halsdelens åbningsrand og ind-5 rettet til at danne anlægsflade for en kantflange på et over halsåbningen med mellemlæg af en tætning anbragt låg.
Når flere fyldte beholdere af denne art er stablet oven på hinanden, vil de lodrette stabelkræfter, der overføres gennem lågene bevirke, at den fra beholderkap-10 pen fremspringende flangerand sammentrykkes og eventuelt så meget, at lågene løsnes fra deres tætnende stillinger.
Man har søgt at forstærke beholderens flangerand ved at tilvejebringe langs flangerandens indre omkreds jævnt fordelt anbragte halvkuglekalotformede for-15 dybninger. Herved opnår man, at stabelkræfterne i det væsentlige overføres direkte fra åbningsranden til beholderkappen, idet flangematerialet presses ind i fordybningerne. Flangeranden vil ved denne foranstaltning i det væsentlige ikke blive sammentrykket.
20 En sådan beholder har dog den ulempe, at fordybninger ne ikke kan gøres vilkårligt dybe af hensyn til en sikker lagfastgørelse. Beholderens flangerand får tillige en mindre radial stivhed på grund af fordybningerne. Det er derfor på omstændelig måde nødvendigt at stabilisere området ved flange-25 randen ved materialetilsætning i radialretningen. Ved beholderens tømning vil der desuden ofte sidde rester i den hulning som dannes af indersiden af flangeranden.
Opfindelsen har til formål at tilvejebringe en blæsestøbt plastbeholder, hvor tætningen mellem låget og 30 beholderranden ikke sammentrykkes for kraftigt, dvs. så kraftigt, at tætnevirkningen forsvinder ved optrædende aksialbelastninger.
Dette formål opnås ifølge opfindelsen ved en blæsestøbt plastbeholder af den indledningsvis nævnte art, og 35 kendetegnet derved, at yderflangen udgøres af to vægdele af en udadrettet og under en første del af støbningen ind- 2 143739

ad åben vulst,som er sammenpresset til en massiv vulst, samt at afstanden mellem yderflangens overside og kantflangens underside er mindre end tætningens tykkelse eller højde# når beholderlåget er ubelastet. Ved at for-5 doble yderflangens vægtykkelse opnås større stivhed over for de nævnte aksialkræfter og ved at lade afstanden mellem yderflangens overside og kantflangens underside være mindre end tætningens tykkelse eller højde# når beholderlåget er ubelastet, er der skabt sikkerhed for# at lågets 10 kantflange bringes i anlæg mod den forholdsvis stive flange, inden den nødvendigvis eftergivelige tætning trykkes helt sammen. Hermed forbliver tætningen effektiv selv ved forholdsvis store aksiale belastninger.
Opfindelsen skal i det følgende forklares nærmere 15 under henvisning til tegningen, der viser et længdesnit gennem et øvre hjørne af en i overensstemmelse med opfindelsen udformet beholder med tilhørende låg.
På tegningen er der vist en beholder, som omfatter en beholderkrop 1, hvorfra heholderens øvre del 20 over et jævnt tilspidset område går over i et i det væsentlige lodret ringområde, hvortil den radialt udadrettede, lukkede flange 3 støder. Åbningshalsen 5 stiger op fra flangen 3's inderrand og kan som vist have et bugtet forløb. Låget 2 er lagt oven på åbningshalsen 25 5, og lågets radialt udadrettede yderrandsflange 8 er ved en spændering 4 spændt mod flangeranden 3. Derved trykkes den mellem lågyderranden 6 og låginderranden 7 indlagte tætningsring 9 mod åbningshalsen 5’s overkant.
30 Ved sprøjtestøbningen anvendes en støbeform, der på gængs måde er opdelt i to formhalvdele, der er symmetriske omkring et i beholderens længderetning forløbende deleplan. Derudover er formhalvdelene imidlertid også opdelt i en øvre og en nedre formdel langs et 35 plan, der forløber vinkelret på beholderens længdeakse og i området nær flangeranden 3. 3 af støbningen er den øvre og den nedre formdel anbragt i en afstand fra hinanden under dannelse af et i tværsnit i hovedsagen rektangulært, udadvendende hulrum, der afgrænser den indad åbne vulst i beholderkappen.
