Die nachstehend beschriebene Druckluftpistole dient zum Auspressen pastöser Massen. Im Gegensatz zu den bekannten Geräten dieser Art besitzt diese Druckluftpistole ein handbetätigtes 3/2-Wegeventil, welches auch als Drosselventil verwendet werden kann.
Beschreibung
Zwischen dem Luftventil (2) eines Pistolengriffes (1) und der vorderen Verschlußkappe (6) eines Druckzylinders (7) ist ein handbetätigtes 3/2-Wegeventil (5) angeordnet. Dieses Ventil (5) kann um 90° gedreht werden. Befindet sich der Hebel (4) in Stellung A strömt die Luft bei Betätigung des Hebels (3) aus der Ventilkammer (11) über das Luftrohr (10) in die hintere Verschlußkappe (9) und schiebt dadurch den Kolben (8) nach vorn. Durch Drehen des Hebels (4) in die Position B wird der Luftweg in das Luftrohr (10) gesperrt und der Weg in die vordere Verschlußkappe (6) geöffnet. Durch Betätigung des Abzughebels (3) strömt Luft in die vordere Verschlußkappe (6) und drückt den Kolben (8) nach hinten.
Wird der Hebel (4) weniger als 90° gedreht, so arbeitet das 3/2-Wegeventil als Drosselventil. Die in den Zylinder (7) strömende Luft wird reduziert und schiebt den Kolben (8) verlangsamt nach vorn bzw. hinten.
Funktion
Durch Betätigung des Abzughebels (3) strömt die Luft aus der Ventilkammer (11) zum 3/2-Wegeventil (5). Befindet sich der Hebel (4) in Stellung A fließt die Luft über das Luftrohr (10) in die hintere Verschlußkammer (9) und schiebt den Kolben (8) nach vorn. Wird der Hebel (4) um 90° in die Position B gedreht, so wird die Öffnung zum Luftrohr (10) abgesperrt und die Luft fließt bei Betätigung des Abzughebels (3) in die vordere Verschlußkappe (6) und schiebt den Kolben (8) nach hinten.

    Druckluftpistole dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Ventilkammer (11), welche durch den Ventilstift (2) geöffnet oder geschlossen werden kann und den beiden Verschlußkappen (6+9) ein handbetätigtes 3/2-Wegeventil (5) mit Hebel (4) angeordnet ist, welcher um 90° gedreht werden kann und dadurch den Weg zur vorderen Verschlußkappe (6) oder zur hinteren Verschlußkappe (9) öffnet bzw. schließt.
