Description
- Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Verbindungen des Phosphors Verbindungen von besonders guter insekticider Wirksamkeit entstehen, wie gefunden wurde, dadurch, daß man zunächst 1 Mol Phosphorigsäurealkylester mit x Mol Chloral reagieren läßt und die Primärprodukte, die noch reaktionsfähige Doppelbindungen enthalten, einer Halogenierung unterwirft. Man erhält so Präparate, die nicht nur von starker insekticider bzw. sonst biologischer Wirkung sind, sondern auch für die Augentherapie von Bedeutung sind, Ausführungsbeispiel Man leitet in das aus 1 Mol Phosphorigsäuretriäthylester und 1 Mol Chloral in Tetrachlorkohlenstoff bestehende Reaktionsgemisch nach Beendigung der leicht eintretenden Reaktion und Zusatz von wenig Pyridin als Katalysator Chlor in der berechneten Menge unter geringer Kühlung.ein: (C,H,90), = P (:0) -O-CH = CC12 Cl (C,H50)2 = P (:0)-O-CHCl-CC13.
- Das gewonnene Produkt hat den Siedepunkt 122 bis 123° C/0,7 mm.
Claims (1)
- PATENTANSPRÜCHE: Verfahren zur Herstellung von organischen Verbindungen des Phosphors, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man die aus i Mol Phosphorigsäurealkylester und 1 Mol Chloral erzielten Substanzen, z. B. in Gegenwart von Pyridin als Katalysator, halogeniert.
