Claims (11)
1. Emulsionszusammensetzung, die (a) ein alkenyliertes Siliconharz, (b) ein
Alkenylpolydiorganosiloxan und (d) Wasser umfaßt und dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, daß sie (c) ein Silconharz, das SiH-
Gruppen trägt, umfaßt.
2. Emulsionszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1, des weiteren dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es
sich bei dem SiH-Gruppe tragenden Siliconharz (c) um ein MQ-Harz handelt, das im wesentlichen aus
R&sub3;SiO1/2-Einheiten, R&sub2;R'''SiO1/2-Einheiten und SiO4/2-Einheiten besteht, wobei R für eine Alkylgruppe oder
eine Arylgruppe mit 1 bis 8 Kohlenstoffatom(en) stet und R''' ein Wasserstoffatom oder eine
Polyorganohydrogensiloxygruppe bedeutet.
3. Emulsionszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, des weiteren dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das SiH-Gruppe tragende Siliconharz (c) 0,6 bis 1,0 Gew.-% siliciumgebundene Wasserstoffatome
pro Molekül aufweist.
4. Emulsionszusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzlich ein lineares oder cyclisches Polyorganohydrogensiloxan (e) umfaßt.
5. Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie einen
Edelmetallkatalysator und eine Emulsionszusammensetzung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche
umfaßt, wobei das alkenylierte Siliconharz (a) aus einem vinylierten Siliconharz und das alkenylierte
Polydiorganosiloxan (b) aus einem vinylierten Polydiorganosiloxan besteh.
6. Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, des weiteren dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis Zahl der SiH-Gruppen/Zahl der SiVi-Gruppen 1,2/1 bis 3,5/1 beträgt,
wobei Vi eine Vinylgruppe bedeute.
7. Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 5, des weiteren dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß sie zusätzlich eine Premiumtrennzusammensetzung umfaßt, die (A) ein
vinyl-funktionelles Polydiorganosiloxan und (B) ein lineares oder cyclisches Polyorganohydrogensiloxan enthält.
8. Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung nach Anspruch 7, des weiteren dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis Zahl der SiH-Gruppen/Zahl der SiVi-Gruppen 1,0/1 bis 3,5/1 beträgt.
9. Verfahre zur Herstellung einer Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß es ein Vereinigen der gewünschten Mengen einer
Premiumtrennzusammensetzungsemulsion, einer Emulsionszusammensetzung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4 und einer
Edelmetallkatalysatoremulsionskomponente und ein Mischen derselben unter Bildung einer stabil, homogenen Dispersion
umfaßt.
10. Verfahre zum Beschichten eines Substrats, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es ein
Beschichten des Substrats mit einer Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis
8 und ein Härten der Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung darauf umfaßt.
11. Mit einer Emulsionstrennbeschichtungszusammensetzung nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis
8 beschichtetes Substrat.
