Description

  • Verfahren zur Verbesserung von Brennstoffen und Treibmitteln In dem Hauptpatent ist ein Verfahren zur Darstellung von verbesserten Brennstoffen beschrieben, gekennzeichnet durch einen Zusatz von Eisencarbonyl und löslichen- sauerstoff-oder stickstoffhaltigen organischen Verbindungen zu Benzin oder benzinartigen Kohlenwasserstoff en.
  • Es wurde nun gefunden, daß man Brennstoffe vom Charakter der Dieselmotorenöle, also hochsiedende Kohlenwasserstoffe, ebenfalls erheblich verbessern kann, wenn man ihnen neben Eisencarbonyl im Benzinmotor das Klopfen verhindernde lösliche Sauerstoff-und stickstoffhaltige organische Verbindungen, mit Ausnahme solcher Sauerstoff- oder stickstoffhaltiger Verbindungen, die gleichzeitig Halogen enthalten, zusetzt. Brennstoffe dieser Art zeigen den Vorteil, daß bei ihrer Verwendung als Motorentreibstoff die bei den Auspuffgasen auftretenden lästigen Gerüche beseitigt sind. Beispiel 98,75 Volumprozent einer Erdölfraktion mit den Siedegrenzen 23o bis 350°, 0,25 Volumprozent Eisencarbonyl, I,o Volumprozent Isopropylalkohol. Statt Isopropylalkohol kann man andere Alkohole, wie z. B. Isobutylalkohol, oder andere sauerstoffhaltige Verbindungen, wie Aldehyde, z. B. Isobutylaldehyd, Ketone oder Ester, z. B. Methylformiat, oder stickstoffhaltige Verbindungen, z. B. Anilin, Butylamin, Benzylanilin, oder Nitroverbindungen, z. B. Nitrobenzol, verwenden. Gleichzeitig können noch andere in dem Brennstoff lösliche Verbindungen von Metallen oder von metallähnlichen Elementen zugefügt werden.

  1. PATENTANSPRUCI3: Verfahren zur Verbesserung von Brennstoffen und Treibmitteln gemäß Patent 5o8 9r7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Eisencarbonyl zusammen mit im Benzinmotor das Klopfen verhindernden löslichen Sauerstoff- und stickstoffhaltigen organischen Verbindungen, mit Ausnahme solcher Sauerstoff- oder stickstoffhaltigen Verbindungen, die gleichzeitig Halogen enthalten, zu hochsiedenden, als Dieseltreiböle benutzten Kohlenwasserstoffölen zugesetzt wird.
