Description

  • Dose Die Erfindung betrifft die besondere Ausbildung der Ränder des Unterteiles und Dekkels an Dosen und bezweckt, außer einem besseren Dichthalten ein leichtes Öffnen und Schließen der Tose ohne besondere Hilfsmittel zu gewährleisten.
  • D,ie bekannten Dosen haben zum Dichthalten, Öffnen und Schließen derselben besondere Ausbuchtungen, oder es sind an den Rändern der Dosenstücke hierfür geeignete Teile befestigt bzw. an bestimmten Stellen des Umfanges geprägt, wodurch sich die Dosen nicht immer leicht Öffnen .und Schließen lassen und je nach, Art des Verschlusses Hilfsmittel erforderlich machen, die bei einzelnen Dosen eine Beschädigung und eine damit verbundene Unbrauchbarkeit derselben hervorrufen.
  • Dies wird beim Erfindungsgegenstand gegenüber dem Bekannten dadurch vermieden, daß am Dosenunterteil zwischen dem oberen Dichtungsrand und der Sicke eine einwärts vertiefte Rille ausgebildet .ist, während der Deckelrand gegenüber der Dosenrille eine auswärts gewölbte Rille trägt und die Unterkante des Deckelrandes auf der Sicke des Unterteiles aufsitzt. Hierdurch können Dosenunterteil und Deckel in jeder Lage sofort durch nur leichten Druck auf den Deckelrand geöffnet oder durch Aufsetzen des Deckels geschlossen werden. Außerdem ist eine einfache Abdichtung an mehreren Stellen gewährleistet.
  • Auf der Zeichnung sind in Abb. i bis 8 A.usführungsbei.spiele der Erfindung in Ansicht und im Schnitt dargestellt.
  • Am Dosenunterteilrand 7 so%vie am Deckelrand i -sind umlaufende, flache, konische oder auch rund ausgebildete Rillen oder Nuten derartig angebracht, daß die Dose bei a, 5, 6 und 8 durch Flächen oder Kanten dicht verschlossen wird und zwischen Dosenrand 7 und Deckelrand i ein umlaufender, leerer Zwischenraum 3 entsteht, welcher erlaubt, durch Fingerdruck auf die Deckelrille 9 an beliebiger .Stelle den Deckelrand federnd zu verlängern und so einen axialen Druck auf die Stütz- und Dichtungskante 6 derart auszuüben, daß Deckel und Dosenunterteil sich voneinander trennen, wobei der Dosenunterteil durch sein Eigengewicht aus dem Deckel herausfällt, oder der gelöste Deckel sich leicht abheben läßt, je nachdem man beim Öffnen der Dose eine oder beide Hände benutzt.

Claims (1)

  1. PATENTANSPRUCH: Dose, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dosenunterteil (7) zwischen dem oberen Dichtungsrand (2) und der Sicke (6) eine nach innen gewölbte Rille (4) hat, während zier Deckel (i) am Rand eine nach außen gewölbte Rille (9) in solcher Höhe hat, daß sie bei geschlossener Dose über der nach innen gewölbten Rille des Unterteiles (7) liegt, wobei die Unterkante des Deckelrandes auf der Sicke (6) des Dosenunterteiles dichtend aufsitzt.
