Claims (10)
1. Verfahren zur Herstellung polyolefinhaltiger hochgekräuselter gesponnener Fasern oder Fäden, die
zur Herstellung eines Vliesstoff-Materials mit hoher Hydrophobizität geeignet sind, umfassend:
A. anfängliche Behandlung entsprechender stetig gesponnener Fasern oder Fäden mit einer wirksamen
Menge einer ersten Modifiziermittel-Finish-Zusammensetzung, umfassend:
(a) 0% bis etwa 40 Gew.% einer Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung aus
mindestens einem neutralisierten Phosphorsäureester, dargestellt durch die Formel

(Alk-0)nJ-0-Rm
worin Alk unabhängig als Niederalkylgruppe
definiert ist,
R als Aminogruppe oder Alkalimetall definiert
ist,
&eegr; and m unabhängig als positive Zahlen von
nicht weniger als etwa 1 definiert sind,
wobei ihre Summe etwa 3 ist; und
(b) etwa 100 bis 60 Gew.% einer ersten Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung aus
mindestens einein Polysiloxan, dargestellt durch die Formel
(2)
worin X und Y unabhängig als hydrophobe chemische Endgruppen definiert sind,
R' unabhängig als Niederalkylgruppe definiert ist, und
&ogr; als positive Zahl im Bereich von etwa 10 bis 50 oder mehr definiert ist;
B. Kräuseln der resultierenden behandelten kontinuierlichen Fasern oder Fäden;
C. Applikation einer wirksamen Menge einer zweiten Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung auf die
kontinuierliche Faser oder den Faden an einer Stelle stromabwärts des Kräuselungsschritts,
wobei die Zusammensetzung umfaßt:
(a) etwa 100 bis 50%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der zweiten Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung, von
mindestens einem neutralisierten Phosphorsäureester, dargestellt durch Formel (1); und
(b) 0 bis etwa 50%, bezogen auf das Gewicht der zweiten Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung, aus
mindestens einem Polysiloxan, dargestellt durch Formel (2), in ausreichender Menge, um
eine kumulative Endkonzentration auf der Faser in einem Bereich von etwa 0,01% bis
1,0%, bezogen auf das Fasergewicht, zu erhalten;
D. Verarbeitung der resultierenden
Modifiziermittel-behandelten Fasern oder Fäden.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die Alk-O-Gruppe des
neutralisierten Phosphorsäureesters als lineare Alkoxygruppe mit 1 bis 4 Kohlenstoffatomen definiert
ist, &eegr; 2 ist und m 1 ist.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß mindestens ein Teil der
zweiten Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung auf die Faser oder den Faden vor der Kräuselungsstufe
äußerlich appliziert wird.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung
auf eine(n) zumindest teilweise gekräuselte(n) kontinuierliche(n) gesponnene(n) Faser
oder Faden äußerlich appliziert wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Verarbeitungsschritt "D"
ein Faserschneide- und Kardierverfahren umfaßt.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß die zweite Modifiziermittel-Zusammensetzung
0 bis 15 Gew.% eines Polysiloxans, dargestellt durch Formel (2), umfaßt.
7. Polyolefinhaltige gesponnene Faser oder Faden, erhalten nach dem Verfahren von Anspruch 1.
8. Polyolefinhaltige gesponnene Faser oder Faden, erhalten nach dem Verfahren von Anspruch 2.
9. Polyolefinhaltige gesponnene Faser oder Faden, erhalten nach dem Verfahren von Anspruch 5.
10. Vliesstoff-Material, erhalten durch Zusammenbringen
und Binden der polyolefinhaltigen gesponnenen Faser oder des Fadens, verarbeitet wie in Anspruch 9.
