Description

  • Elektrischer Handschalter mit Kugelgelenk für den Schalthebel Die Erfindung beüifft einen elektrischen Handschalter nach Art der sogennannten Taumelschaltermit Kugelbewegung. Dieser Schalter äst in bekannter Weise so, ausgebiil;det, daß eine beliebige, nur durch die Größe des Schalters begrenzte Zahl. von Schaltungen ausgeführt werden kann. Gemäß .der Erfindung sind die an sich bekannten, den Schalthebel in seinen Ruhestellungen sichernden Rasten an dem kugeligen Lagerfläche des Schalthebels selbst angeordnet. Dadurch ist ganz besondere Einfachheit und .gedrängte Bauart erreicht worden. ' Die Zeichnung zeigt in den Abb. i und 2 zwei verschiedene Ausführungsformen je im Schritt. Infolge dieser Schnittdarstellungsind in jeder Abbildung nur je zwei K oonta.ktpaare ersichtlich. Die übrigen, gleichartigen Kontaktpaare sind um die Mittelachse des Schalters herum in gleicher Weise wie die gezeichneten Kontakte verteilt.
  • Der Schalthebel a ist mit einer Lagerkugel b und einem Isolierstück c ausgestattet. Ist die Lagerkugel gemäß Abb. i im Sockelteil des Schalteis gelagert, so besitzt der Deckelteil des Schalters eine so weite öffnung, daß die allseitige Bewegung des Schalthebels in die verschiedenen Schaltstellungen dadurch ermöglicht wird. Diese Ausnehmung kann durch einen :entsprechenden Fuß des auf dem Hebel a befestigten Knopfes d Überdeckt werden.
  • Ist der Schalthebel dagegen im Schalterdeckel gelagert, dort, wo @er den Deckel durchdringt (Abb.2), so ist eine besonders abzudeckende Öffnung iun Schalterdeckel überhaupt nicht nötig. Durch seitliche Bewegung des Schalthebels mittels des Knopfes d kann das Isolierstück c nach Wahl gegen eines oder .das andere .e gedrückt werden und veranlaßt dadurch Stromscbluß zwischen dem Kontaktpaar. In dieser Stellung wird .es durch Rasten f gesichert, die in der Lagerkugel b angebracht sind und gegen welche gemäß Abb. z eine im Schalbexxsiockel befestigte Feder mit einer in die Rasten eindringenden Nase gedrückt wird.
  • Gemäß Abb.2 sind in :der der Lagerkug e1 b zugeordneten Lagerschale soviel kleine Rastenkugeln angebracht, als Schaltstellungen für den Schalter vorgesehen sind. In der gezeichn,eten Mittelstellung rastet der Schaltliebel an jenen Kugeln mittels einer an der Kugel befindlichen Rille. Die einaeln@en Rasten für die Einschaltstellungen befinden sich auf einem jener Rille parallelen Kreis und sind nicht eingezeichnet.
  • Es ist ohne weiteres ersichtlich, daß durch den neuen Schalter beliebig viele Kontaktpaare in beliebiger Aufeinanderfolge geschlossen und geöffnet werden können.

PATENTAI"#SPRUCI3: Elektrischer Handschalter mit Kugelgelenk für den Schalthebel und mehr als zwei Stromschlußstellungen, dessen Bewegungsbahnen nicht meiner einzigen Ebene liegen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der kugelförmigen Lagerfläche des Schalthebels selbst Rasten angeordnet sind, die den Schalthebel in seiner jeweiligen Gebrauchslage festhalben.
