Claims (8)
1. Rohrverbindung, insbesondere Rohrverbindung für die Erdölindustrie,
z.B. Bohrlöcher, bei der das Ende eines Bolzenelementes mit einem Außengewinde versehen ist, welches mit einem
entsprechenden Innengewinde eines Mutterelementes verschraubbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bolzenelement (1, 21,
81, 91) aa seiner Außenfläche eine umfängliche Ausnehmung,
z.B. eine Ausdrehung oder Nut (9, 29» 44) aufweist, daß das
Mutterelement (2, 22, 82, 92) an seiner Innenfläche eine umfängliche Nut (10, 30, 46) aufweist, wobei die beiden Nuten
im zusammengeschraubten Zustand der Verbindung einander gegenüberliegen, daß ein elastischer Ring (12, 32, 50, 101) vorgesehen
ist, der im zusammengeschraubten Zustand der Verbindung
gleichzeitig in beide Nuten der Elemente eingreift, und daß wenigstens eine der Nuten eine radiale Tiefe aufweist, die
ausreichend ist, um den Ring während des Einschraubens des Bolzenelementes in das Mutterelement aufzunehmen.
2. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Nut (46) des Mutterelementee (42) eine Tiefe (a) hat, die
größer als die radiale Dicke (b) des elastischen Ringes (50) ist.
3. Verbindung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bolzenelement (41) eine konische Fläche (47) aufweist,
die sich in Richtung auf das Ende des Bolzenelementes verjüngt, daß die konisch sich verjüngende Fläche beim Einführen
in das Mutterelement die Aufweitung des elastischen Ringes (50)
ermöglicht, der vorher in die Nut (46) des Mutterelementes (42) eingelegt worden ist.
4. Verbindung nach Anspruch 3» dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die
konische Fläche des Bolzeaelementes (41) eine Dichtfläche (47) bildet, welche mit einer anderen komplementären Fläche (48)
des Mutterelementes (42) im verschraubten Zustand zusammenwirkt«
5. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die innere Umfangsfläche (60) des elastischen Ringes (50) konisch ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die konische
Fläche (60) des in der Nut befindlichen Ringes zur Einführungsseite des Bolzenelementes hin verjüngt, um mit der Außenfläche
des Bolzenelementes bei der Einführung desselben zur Verdrängung de* elastischen Ringes (50) in die Nut zusammenzuwirken.
6. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5» dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der elastische Ring (50) einen Innendurchmesser hat, der im Ruhezustand kleiner als der Durchmesser des Nutengrundes
(55) des Bolzenelementes (41) ist, und daß die Nut (44) des Bolzenelementes eine Tiefe (c) aufweist, die geringer als
die radiale Dickenausdehnung des elastischen Ringes (50) ist.
7. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der elastische Ring ein offener Ring ist, der an einer Stelle seines Umfanges aufgeschnitten ist.
8. Verbindung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7» dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der elastische Ring (5Oa, 50b) aus einem Bimetallelement besteht, welches durch Erwärmen zum Anliegen gegen
einen Nutengrund gebracht werden kann, um das Aufschrauben der Verbindung bewirken zu können, ohne daß ein Abscheren
des Ringes erfolgt·
