Claims (21)

ÜBERSETZUNG 81900391 .4 United Technologies Corp. Patentansprüche :
1. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines metallischen Gegenstands mit einer dauerhaften thermischen Schutzbeschichtung aus keramischem Material, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
a. Schaffen eines Superlegierungssubstrats mit einer sauberen Oberfläche
b. Aufbringen einer dünnen festhaftenden MCrAlY-Schicht auf die saubere Oberfläche
c. Bilden einer dünnen gleichmäßigen festhaftenden Aluminiumoxidschicht auf der MCrAlY-Schicht
d. Aufbringen einer säulenartig keramischen Beschichtung auf die Aluminiumoxidschicht durch Aufdampfen.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß '.
die MCrAlY-Schicht durch Aufdampfen aufgebracht wird.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die MCrAlY-Schicht eine Dicke von etwa 25,4 - 254 μπα
(1 - 10 mils) hat.
4. Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aufgedampfte MCrAlY anschließend durch Hämmern kaltgehärtet wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Hämmern kaltgehärtete aufgedampfte Beschichtung anschließend wärmebehandelt wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleichmäßige festhaftende Oxidschicht durch thermische Oxidation gebildet wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Aluminiumoxidschicht etwa 0,254 μπι (.01 mils) bis etwa 2,54 μΐη (.1 mils) beträgt.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand während des Aufbringens der Keramikschicht manipuliert wird, so daß die Bildung eines Säulengefüges
gefördert wird.
9. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nach dem Aufbringen der säulenartig keramischen Schicht
der beschichtete Gegenstand in einer Sauerstoff enthaltenden Atmosphäre wärmebehandelt wird, so daß eine stöchio-
metrische Keramikzusammensetzung erzielt wird.
10. Verfahren zum Herstellen eines metallischen Gegen-
stands mit einer dauerhaften thermischen Schutzbeschichtung aus keramischem Material, gekennzeichnet durch folgende Schritte:
a. Schaffen eines Superlegierungssubstrats mit einer sauberen Oberfläche
b. Aufbringen einer dünnen festhaftenden MCrAlY-Schicht auf die saubere Oberfläche
c. Aufbringen einer säulenartig keramischem Beschichtung auf die MCrAlY-Schicht durch Aufdampfen
d. Wärmebehandeln des mit der säulenartig keramischen Beschichtung versehenen Gegenstands in einer Sauerstoff enthaltenden Atmosphäre, um eine Aluminiumoxidschicht zwischen dem MCrAlY und der säulenartig keramischen Beschichtung zu bilden.
11- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die FCrAlY-Schicht durch Aufdampfen aufgebracht wird.
12. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die MCrAlY-Schicht eine Dicke von etwa 25,4 - 254 μπι (1 - 10 mils) hat.
13. Verfahren nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das aufgedampfte MCrAlY anschließend durch Hämmern kaltgehärtet wird.
14. Verfahren nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die durch Hämmern kaltgehärtete aufgedampfte Beschichtung anschließend wärmebehandelt wird.
15. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die gleichmäßige festhaftende Schicht durch thermische Oxidation gebildet wird.
16. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke der Aluminiumoxidschicht etwa 0,254 μΐη (.01 mils) bis etwa 2,54 μΐη (.1 mils) beträgt.
17. Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gegenstand während des Aufbringens der Keramikschicht manipuliert wird, so daß die Bildung eines Säulengefüges gefördert wird.
18. Superlegierungsgegenstand mit einer festhaftenden dauerhaften thermischen Schutzbeschichtung aus keramischem Material, gekennzeichnet durch:
a. ein Superlegierungssubstrat
b. eine festhaftende dichte MCrAlY-Beschichtung auf dem Substrat,
c. eine Aluminiumoxidschicht auf der MCrAlY-Oberflache, d. eine festhaftende säulenartig keramische Schicht auf der Aluminiumoxidschicht.
19. Beschichteter Gegenstand nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dicke des MCrAlY etwa 25,4 μΐη (1 mil) bis etwa 254 μΐη (10 mils) beträgt.
20. Beschichteter Gegenstand nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aluminiumoxidschicht eine Dicke von etwa 0,254 μΐη (.01 mils) bis etwa 2,54 μΐη (.1 mils) hat.
21. Beschichteter Gegenstand nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die säulenartig keramische Beschichtung eine Dicke von etwa 25,4 μΐη (1 mil) bis etwa 1270 μΐη (50 mils) hat.
