Claims (6)

PATENTANWALT 104 765.0 Nippon Steel Corporation K 23685/Jä Patentansprüche
1) Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Trägers, auf dem Katalysatorträger zur Reinigung des Abgases eines Autos aufgebracht ist, worin eine dünne Folienlage aus rostfreiem Stahl in Honigwaben geformt wird und die ümfangsoberfläche dieser Honigwabe an einen Außenzylinder gebunden ist,
gekennzeichnet durch Walzen der dünnen Lage aus rostfreiem Stahl, die auf beiden Oberflächen der dünnen Lage aus rostfreiem Stahl eine Schicht aus Al oder einer Al-Legierung aufweist, um eine zusammengesetzte Folie zu bilden, Herstellung der Honigwabenstruktur unter Verwendung dieser zusammengesetzten Folie, Befestigung der Honigwabenstruktur im Außenzylinder aus wärmebeständigem Stahl und Wärmebehandlung der Honigwabe und des Außenzylinders im Vakuum oder in reduzierender Atmosphäre bei einer Temperatur von 600 bis 13000C.
2) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die dünne Lage aus rostfreiem Stahl, die mit Al oder Al-Legierung versehen sein soll, ein rostfreies Al-haltiges Stahlband ist.
3) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Schicht aus Al oder der Al-Legierung eine Folienschicht ist,
4) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, worin die Schicht aus Al oder der Al-Legierung eine Tauchüberzugsschicht von Al oder der Al-Legierung ist.
5) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die reduzierende Atmosphäre durch ein auf die Oberflächen der Honigwabe aufgebrachtes Reduktionsmittel gebildet wird.
6) Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, worin die Al-Legierung ein oder mehrere Elemente von Mn, Mg, Si und Cu enthält.
